We ordered our Vitripiazza Flintana slabs early this year and Lisa was the most competitive price by far. Lisa ( for a nominal fee ) stored our order until needed in June and communication and minor issues with delivery company were sorted instantly. Finding ourselves a few slabs short Lisa was also at a later date able to source the same batch number of the slabs we had originally. I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa and her company

Straightforward to deal with, provided me a quote, confirming had access to stock of particular paving slabs I wanted, but as one of the large websites had already quoted me with a split pack (my qty needed low) and just needed picking, placed order but then got email to say out of stock, several weeks - so went back to Hardy Stone to place my order instead, now with builders deadline! and Hardy arranged for stock to arrive the next Wednesday -on the day as promised. Competitive price too.

1st attempt at delivery was a shambles. Order was more than the legal requirement for weight of the the courier so delivery was unable to be completed. Was not even alerted to the day of delivery. 2nd delivery date was requested but ignored throwing amended schedule out of the window No compensation offered. Will not be using them again.
