Plants were carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition ready to be planted out (it it stops raining for a day!).Received prompt response to my email request for advice on which varieties would best suit the areas I was looking to fill. Wasted a lot of money buying from 'do it all nurseries' over the years - best to go to the experts who are obviously passionate about their plants.

Ordered my plants Wednesday afternoon and received them Friday morning, excellent. Well packaged, one plant on small side but looks healthy. It's up to me now to look after.

Great customer service. I had put the wrong postcode on my order. So I emailed them. I received a very prompt reply. And help from them to put a message from me into the package for my friends gift.

Good humoured assistance when I had problems at my end in trying to place the order. On delivery, never received plants so well packed and protected for their journey. All plants in great health. I’m truly impressed and happily recommend this ethical nursery.
