Excellent products/price/shipping, but a bit soft-spoken

I ordered deck tiles for a large patio area. The tiles from hardwoodhome are great quality, much sturdier than what I've seen in person. the shipping is included in the cost per tile so they ended up being the cheapest source as well (I ordered a full pallet). I was a bit skeptical because I couldn't find other reviews, but they came through. I tried contacting them to find out a bout shipping time and got no response. Less than two weeks later the shipping company called to schedule delivery of the pallet.

- For lack of contact (even though they came through in the specified shipping time)

I would absolutely order from hardwoodhome.com again. These wood tiles (Masaranuba/Rosewood) are gorgeous. I've recommended them to several friends already.
