Satisfying craftsmanship!

Outstanding, having finished renovating it was time for new garden furniture! Wow so impressed. Was so reluctant to order online but delivery was quick, snd wow the quality! No flat pack or build, super super thick cushions, and the protective covers amazing quality! Coffee tables fabulous as was the parasol with solar lighting. Was so impressed went back online ordered another sofa 2 more side tables and another coffee table! We ordered the Panama range and will be ordering more in the spring! Highly recommend!

Through the Chester drawers we purchased wasn’t suitable for us it was returned and the refund was given. I’ll thought the £75 charge was a little excessive but still it was dealt with quickly easily and very politely. I would buy from this company again.

Well worth the one hour drive to visit the showroom. Having an appointment system provides you with a dedicated member of the sales team. Lottie was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. We were interested in a pergolas which are very well made and I had many technical questions that were answered and ones connected to installations and fixings she contacted the installers to obtain the answers.

The location of the showroom is in beautiful countryside on a studfarm.

The product we was looking at was of a high quality and very reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We visited Harbourlifestyle's beautiful showroom and fell in love with the latte pergola. We did have to wait much longer than originally promised for it to be delivered and fitted, which was disappointing, but not the end of the world. We have used it all summer and we love it so much! It is such good quality and the colour is perfect.
We then ordered the Lyra seating set. It is just lovely and compliments the pergola. We have had some glitches along the way, but the customer service (thank you Tez and Heather) has been excellent.
The pergola is the best thing we have ever bought for the garden and we have had so many compliments; it is so attractive.
My only gripe is that I really hate the AI response to emails. But it is possible to say you want to speak to a real person which was a relief!

We recently bought a pergola from Harbour Lifestyle, partly because they could supply one in the size needed. It was a blessing they did. Every aspect of our dealings with the business has been positive be it our initial contact, visiting the showroom or placing the order. Not only were the pergola and accessories we wanted competitively priced, but they're sturdy and should provide many years of service.

The aftersales service is equally good. The delivery team noticed a small aesthetic blemish on one of the beams. They reported it to Harbour Lifestyle who, unprompted, contacted us to apologise and offer compensation in the form of a small refund and some touch-up paint.

The delivery/installation team was first-class too. Thus we are very happy with every aspect of Harbour Lifestyle's service and the products they supply

We ordered the Pergostet Lite Pergola in early April and it was delivered and installed in mid-June which was a few weeks later than expected but this was down firstly to shipping delays and secondly the installation team cancelling at short notice. However, communication from Harbour and from the installation team was excellent, and it has been more than worth the wait for what is an excellent product. We have had so much use from it already during the heatwave, as it has transformed our south-facing patio which was previously too hot to sit on in the hot summer sun. It now feels just like being on holiday! Really enjoying it and hoping to get many years use from it.

After some initial problems of my making I was happy how they handled the issue.

The price was right, the pergola is is just what we wanted and free delivery and heater is a bonus. But I had a question about the plastic clips, I phoned last Friday and was told I would get a reply, I’m still waiting.

Great parasol, good quality material and delivered quickly. Just what I wanted for a narrow seating area in front of patio doors. It is also quite heavy for me to handle but ok for my husband. Very pleased with my purchase.

Absolutely love our pergola! We have a tiled kitchen floor with south-facing bifold doors leading onto a paved patio area. During hot weather, the sun pours onto the patio and through the bifold doors to heat both the patio paving slabs and the flooring tiles. It’s been like sitting in an oven and we thought a pergola might help prevent this - it absolutely does…but so much more too! We bought the 3mx4m lite version in latte with curtains. The installation video was worth its weight in gold and the delivery team very polite and helpful. I also noticed the recyclable packaging👍. Although it’s not difficult to erect, it does take time (especially in hot weather🥵). I would advise not to start it if you’re short of time - my husband and I are pretty handy and it took us the best part of a day.
For our troubles, we have added another room to our home. The latte colour helps create a shaded but bright area. It feels ‘protected’ and is an inviting place to sit. Also super handy to air washing etc. and we don’t need to rush out to grab the seating cushions every time a drop of rain falls (not that we’ve actually had any rain yet!). Best of all, the sun/heat no longer dominates our kitchen - we can once again enjoy spending time there! Worth every penny and I thoroughly recommend.
Minor gripe - our drill bits tended to stick in the screw heads - might just be us but I found it annoying.

Fantastic customer service. Delivery was very prompt and packaging was great.
We had a slight issue with one of the chairs but customer service despatched some replacements bolts straight away and the problem was resolved.

We would buy from this company again.
