Harbor is a notes app for people who keep everything — notes, scans, PDFs, receipts, web clips, recordings — and want to find it again years later. Most of our customers came from Evernote. They watched the price roughly double while the app got slower, and they felt stuck, because that's where all their notes lived. So we made leaving easy. Harbor imports an Evernote library in one step: notebooks, tags, checklists, attachments and web clips. Harbor runs natively on Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows, on the web, and from the command line. Search reads the text inside scans, photos, PDFs and handwriting. You can turn on end-to-end encryption for any notebook you want kept private. There are no ads, and we don't train anything on your notes. Our pricing is in writing. It's $9.99 a month or $99 a year, with a free plan to start. We won't raise your price for your first three years, and never more than 10% a year after that. That promise is in our terms, and it's saved as a note in every new account, dated the day you joined. You can export everything, on every plan, anytime. We think people trust a notes app more when leaving is easy. Harbor is made by Cloudmanic Labs, a self-funded software company in Newberg, Oregon. We've been building and running software for more than twenty years. Questions? Email help@harbor.my and a person will answer.

Great notes app

Great notes app. Pleasant to use: fully featured, but uncluttered and good looking on web, desktop and mobile. Strong search and OCR functionality and excellent web clipper as well. Zero-knowledge encryption when you want it. Email to notes, robust API and MCP for bring-your-own AI.
