Great quality leather wallets!
We bought 2 passport wallets, one for me and one for my husband. These wallets are great quality and look good. We're both very happy with them and would recommend them if you're looking for something well made and smart looking.

Totally overpriced, it's like they're charging you for the British mystique rather than the actual product. Mediocre quality that doesn't match description but you pay for premium product. Not even worth the shipping cost.

Only thing worse is their terrible customer service.

I bought an everyday leather briefcase. The quality of the leather, the design of the product is exactly what I wanted. The additional information and documents I requested during the shopping process were provided very quickly. It was a very nice shopping experience.

Ordered a wallet [leather] and then received an email that I hadn't properly specified where the monogram was to appear, received another email, very polite. and giving me three specific choices. Then received the wallet sooner than some ordered items on this continent.. Very happy with the quality and service.

I purchased the Slim Leather MacBook Sleeve Case for my 14’ MacBook Pro. Top class quality and stylish. Manufactured really well. Perfect fit - not too tight and not too loose. Highly recommended.

Purchased the card holder leather wallet, but then proceeded to read the reviews on here and thought I'd made a huge error. However, to my pleasant surprise, delivery was fast (3 days to London with standard), product was nicely packaged and is of great quality. Definitely real leather and hand-made. Feel like I maybe got quite lucky given the other reviews

Unfortunately I had to ask PayPal to handle my claim against this “thief gang” as they did not deliver the item I have ordered and also don’t want to refund my money. They blame their carrier Fedex for failing to deliver the parcel and now they say they will pay my money back once Fedex will return the item. So the order has never reached me and I also have to run after the £44.10 I paid them. If you don’t want to lose your money just stay far away from them.

The product I received was the microfibre minimalist desk mat (size L). The shipping was fast, nice packaging, top quality product and kind support via email! Overall a great experience!

I ordered the Apple Watch Modern band and wore it on my Ultra for less than 24 hours before it fell off. The website photos show an attachment that’s a complete loop but I received the product with a standard ‘pin’ type watch attachment which is very weak. I was told by CS that the design has changed and photos have not been updated on the site. Literally, false advertising. I purchased the band based on the strength of the loop attachment. Instead, the strength of Apple’s attachment point has been negated by poor design. Unless you’re expecting to be super gentle with your watch, avoid this. Have requested a return. Posting here as I tried to leave a 1 star review on their site and they have controlled the possible lowest rating that can be viewed and my review doesn’t show up. Super shady! It looks like it’s all marketing and very little substance and product control.

I own three products from this brand and I must say that the quality is very good. The leather is smooth to the touch, I haven't found any imperfections in the goods I've received. The delivery was super quick and the support via email was also very effective.

I bought a 16" laptop case and was disappointed in the quality for the $160 price tag. I was accepted BY HARBER LONDON to return the item, paid $25 dollars to ship it back to them, received a notification saying it had made it to customs, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND! This was months ago and I am still talking to customer service trying to have this situation resolved. Do NOT buy from this company if you are international. I didn't even know they were international until I went to return the item (which is so frustrating because I wouldn't have bought from them in the first place OR tried to return my purchase). I have now dumped hours of my own time, almost $200 dollars, and have no laptop case. Do better.

I ordered one of Harber’s iPad sleeves, and chose to add engraving - initials for my partner. The sleeve was on pre-order (no doubt due to its popularity) and the team were brilliant about communicating expected shipping and arrival dates. Once in stock it was sent via FedEx - again with v good communication on delivery times - and the quality is fantastic. Beautiful leather, very well finished, really wonderful. They will be the first place I look when I next need something like this - well done to the whole team!

I bought a leather sleeve for my iPad from Harber London and was impressed by their service and the quality of the sleeve. My iPad is a lot less likely to be damaged while I’m moving from place to place and there’s a slot for the Apple Pencil.
It was a very quick service from order to delivery.

Saw their products on a youtube video and couldn't help to purchase some to upgrade my office setup. Great Product with high quality. Very fast shipping and kind support. Love the microfiber desk mat!

Have a few items to return, will update the return experience once the return its complete.

I have bought two products so far (Nomad Organizer for my MacBook 13” in 2021 and recently Laptop Briefcase 15”).

Prior to purchasing both products, I was concerned about the delivery process and duration. Both times my items were delivered promptly (ordered October 26th and received October 31st), which is impressive given I live in Canada and it only took 4 business days. The communication throughout was excellent and the product is well worth it! The level of detail that has gone into both items is amazing and speaks to the degree of thought invested into its design. For example; I’m a Pediatrician and for my work in clinic and in the hospital, I requires on a daily basis a non-Mac laptop, charging cords for my laptop/phone/iPad, dictation microphone, prescription pads, two pens, iPad and stylus and personal journal. I carry all these items comfortably and access them efficiently without leaving any of these items at home. I spent weeks researching different laptop bags and although the cost wasn’t insignificant, I have zero regrets. It’s already proved it’s in the month I’ve had it.

I’m not one that typically writes reviews but the professionalism of the team, the quality of the product and efficiency of delivery needs to be recognized.

Ordered a laptop sleeve. They laser printed one sentence for me. And it’s a disaster. Off centered. Not straight. Looks really really bad. Send multiple emails and they don’t take action. They aren’t replacing or refunding so far or even sharing any resolution. The leather looks great in the pic. But color is off when it arrives. I am taking legal action against them to strip their e-commerce business.
