The customer service of this company is garbage. I never received my package despite it saying it was delivered. When I alerted customer service, they told me to wait 5 days. When I subsequently asked for my subscription to be cancelled (because I did not want to be charged for a second shipment that would not arrive), I was met with silence.
BUYER BEWARE! According to their customer support it's their policy to filter out reviews customers submit on their website. If you write a negative review, they respond to you, as if you had written a support ticket instead of allowing the review to be posted. No wonder they have so many positive reviews. And unfortunately, I purchased based on their filtered, manipulated reviews, which means their false advertising.
Here's what my review had said:
I had no symptoms until I started taking the Prebiotic + Probiotic and the Digestive Enzymes. Within 2 days of starting the products , I had a constant, uncontrollable urge to urinate along with a burning sensation. This lasted for about 5 hours and was inconvenient because I was a 90 minute drive from my house and kept having to pull into public restrooms every 15 minutes to try and relieve the pressure. Unfortunately, no refunds.
