The experience from beginning to now has been excellent. Grant reached out to me almost immediately and explained the process for creating our new website. We have had five previous websites and while some were okay looking, none of them got us close to the top of google. Since the site was launched we have been bouncing between 1 and two after all of the paid spots like Home Depot, Lowe's, Yelp.... Gary was very helpful and implemented any changes we needed. He also made useful suggestions throughout the process. The only small hiccup was at the very beginning when I didn't scroll down far enough on the page to get the ball rolling. After a few days of not hearing from Happy Tile Guy, Grant called and let me know what to do. The whole process worked very quickly after that. Very pleased with the outcome.
