A very pretty teapot, lovely communication and super fast delivery

What a lovely tea pot! I have ordered the 800 ml one and it arrived well-packed, without any scratches or air bubbles in the glass. It looks very pretty. I enjoy drinking fine chopped, loose herb tea. The glass filter that can be placed into the pot filters even the fine tea leaves (I removed the metal filter) - I didn´t have to use a paper filter or a fabric filter as before. After pouring from the pot, the tea doesn't drip down along the spout to the table. It is neat to use. The communication was lovely and the delivery was super fast. Thank you for the nice experience.
