Used a lot over the last year as I set up my own small business. A couple of times I’ve had some problems with shipping where my order wasn’t dispatched for weeks and emailed to check for issues but they have never once responded (ended up waiting ages for delivery). Recently I emailed as I had a bigger issue meaning half of what I bought had to be thrown in the bin. No response again. They have an automated reply set up saying it will take them two days to respond but they never do in the year I’ve used them. Honestly when had to buy replacements while waiting on orders or making replacements all the alternatives have been a similar price but much better quality.
Not going to use anymore which is a shame as I thought I had found a nice small business to rely on.

Terrible experience. Paid extra for express delivery, emailed and to explain it still had not arrived even accounting for the weekend and cut-off times, asking for a refund on the overpriced express delivery charge - completely ignored.

When it did finally arrive some items I ordered were missing. Emailed again to explain and ask for the missing items to be sent out to be completely ignored again!!

So I’m not out of pocket for items I paid for didn’t receive AND paid for express delivery to receive some of the order 5 days later!

Happy Pack used to be my go to for packaging supplies. I don’t know if they’ve changed hands but it’s gone downhill. I only received a small portion of my order. Everything below was missing!

I don’t understand how you forget to pack that amount? To add insult to injury my emails went ignored. I used the AI chat on the website which was a waste of time. It told me to telephone the company but was unable to give me a telephone number 🤦🏻‍♀️ I left a negative review on Facebook and suddenly had an email asking for confirmation of what was missing. I was told that the company would resend the missing items but that Royal Mail would provide tracking - not them. Over a week later and surprise - no response to emails and no tracking from anyone. I get that it’s a busy period but it is for the small businesses who are relying on the company for packaging too. I really would have liked to think this was a total mix up but I’ve been made aware of others more recently facing the same issue. I’m disappointed and out of pocket, still without boxes to pack orders.

I was originally sent the wrong clamshells but once Charlotte found out the correct ones were sent out promptly with a pre-paid slip for the wrong ones to go back.
I would be very happy to order from again.

We have used Happy Pack for all our packaging and found them to be fairly quick and the products are good value and well made, however when our order went missing and we received someone else's order their customers service after a couple of emails responded quickly to rectify the situation, very happy with the outcome and we will continue to use HP for all our packaging requirements.

Amazing for all small businesses! Really not just a shop but a brand that helps others like them! 10/10 for happy pack!

Just discovered this company a few months ago and have placed 2 orders so far. Each one came with Royal Mail super quickly and the items inside were just as expected. Thank you. I will definitely place more orders going forward.

I have used happypack for a good while now for boxes, tape, labels, tissue paper ect. Never have I had any problems until recently.
I emailed them a picture of my loyalty card which gets you money off an order I then waited 7 weeks for a reply from them, so finally I get to put this discount to use, I order some Halloween packaging (mid September) waited over the 2-4 days for shopping and contacted them to be told my order would be shipped today for delivery tomorrow, great I thought! A few hours later I receive an email saying they're actually out of stock in the main items I ordered (this was not marked as our of stock when ordering, I went on to check and still not marked as our of stock) they then said I had three options but only listed two of those options one was to wait 2-3 weeks for them to be available again, the other was ship my order without the out of stock items, no third option given.
Exteamly disappointed with the wait times of contact, then being told my order would be shipped today to then being told it's actually out of stock. I'm not sure if this company has changed hands or has new employees but a year ago I'd have 100% recommended them, but definitely not now.

complained to customer service and still waiting for reply ……ordered their ‘pizza style’ boxes claims on their website to be a plain Kraft box so can be used for other things..arrived with cooking instructions stamped on them… disappointed as they where recommended I will stick to Amazon in future.

Terrible experience from this company,
Ordered Clamshells over two weeks ago no dispatch for over a week, i then had to reach out to them and the reply was that they were out of stock. Then they emailed to say they would be dispatched the next day and still not received them. I am now being ignored by emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I’ve been using them for years and they’ve gone downhill in a big way, the customer service is non existent and sometimes your order just won’t ship despite paying for it. They claim to be the most affordable but that is a lie, kite is cheaper and that’s just a 30 second check, I wouldn’t waste your money

Usually have no problem with this business however ever recently ordered shipping supplies and paid for next day delivery. Two working days have passed and had no delivery which has resulted in me being left without packing to fulfil my orders. Contacted them to be told they dont actually have the boxes in stock to send out and that I should have received an ‘automated’ email advising me of this, which I did not receive. Very poor as the website should not allow customers to checkout without advising them the products they are purchasing aren’t actually in stock, especially because most of their customers are small businesses relying on these products to run their business smoothly.

Their pricing is simply amazing and I've never had any problems with their customer service. They always seem happy to help! I get my boxes, shredded paper, tissue paper and stickers from this company and each time I've been impressed with the quality. Would highly recommend ❤️

Customer service is zero. They ignored emails, and to this date have NOT had any response.

The website says to get in touch if you would like a wholesale account. Don't bother - complete waste of time.

Prices aren't competitive and quality is not always great.

We will not be purchasing from them again.

Delivery times way slower than stated with no warning or apology. In the end I had to buy the product from Amazon to get what I needed in time.

The products I can’t fault but the customer service is awful which is such a shame. It’s not hard to reply to an email and looking at their other reviews I can see it’s not just me…

The first time I ordered, I asked for something to be added to my order as it takes 3-5 working days to dispatch anyway… no response to my email or live chat

Then my 2nd order… Missing items in my order so I email them and they just don’t reply. It’s been 2 weeks now.

Just lost a reliable customer because of their customer service!

I can’t even say how happy I am with the quality and pricing! Such a great help for smaller businesses. I can buy smaller quantities in a lower prices than anywhere else I was looking.
Got new stickers, thank you cards and beautiful tissue paper too and they are so pretty! It makes me so happy to be able to make my boxes look pretty without having to pay a fortune for extra adds on. It definitely helps with getting our business out there 😍 and the variety of designs and colours made us able to chose ones that perfectly match our website theme, how cool is that! Really excited.
