Very happy with the service provided. We were unable to be there for the removals but they managed to just get on with it & did a great job.
They were also surprisingly quick considering we were paying hourly.
Took a long time to move a small amount of furniture, didn't seem to have much of an idea how to manoeuvre the furniture through the doors - didn't have any tools to remove feet from sofa - I had to use my own screwdriver, took 25 minutes to travel 2 miles between our house and my sons house in Northampton - charged 3 hours for what should have taken 2hrs maximum

Prior to moving day, team was responsive and reassuring and provided details for insurance as needed. On the day team arrived a little early, introduced themselves and got details sorted as a friend was going to meet them where they unloaded.
Jason, Ryan and Gary were much quicker than expected, ensuring everything was good to go and secure. Upon arrival the other end they had successfully started unloading and one person stayed with the van while others moved it all through a series of doors and an elevator.
The team was professional, quick, efficient and even managed a series of heavy kettlebells without issue (albeit a fair bit of sweat 😂). Made the whole moving process as stress free as possible. Would definately recommend!
Only potential improvement would be to have an option to increase your insurance coverage as was cutting it a little close but equally could purchase separately if needed. Overall a fantastic experience! Thanks a tonne!
