Shop with caution.
I appreciate someone giving life a go but this business needs a rethink. Having now received my product and gone back for a better look:
- Fake product reviews on the site by the owners. Products with only one review are all the same.
- Products are mis-represented in categories. Some of the items in the school bags category are baby bags.
- When I received an automated email asking me for product feedback there was a note saying "reviewers who leave good feedback will be in the draw to win $100."
To their credit they offered a product and it was shipped and received. But the overall experience needs some effort.
