Booked in for a new EV charger. Fitted me in a good timescale for a good price. Arrived exactly when arranged and completed in good time. Great service and will use again.

Rafal has been brilliant from start to finish.

We first contacted him to get an EICR done on our property which we are in the process of selling. Rafal is friendly, polite, fairly priced and knows his stuff. The EICR came back with a few things which we have now rectified for our buyers so we have peace of mind that we are leaving the house to them in good health. We will most certainly be using Happy House Electrics in our new home for any further works we may require.

Rafal is a very good electrician who really knows his stuff. With my own work I see a lot of electrical installations and Rafals work is as good as it comes. Safety paramount, Organised,Professional yet still friendly and won't rip you off. Give him a call you won't be disappointed. 5 stars from me.

Rafal is a really nice guy and took the time to fully explain what he needed to do and why.

Took delivery of a new cooker but when they went to install it was told I needed a new power cable which they could not do.
Luckily a friend of my son had passed on a phone number for Rafal,gave him a call and he turned up the following day
Checked over the job and had everything done within a couple of hours
Neat,tidy job and cleared everything up afterwards
Will definitely use Rafal again and have no problem recommended him to others

We needed to have a damaged light switch changed & couldn't work out why the fuses kept blowing. Rafal gave me an approximate price & date. He turned up on time, was very tidy, covered his shoes, and sorted the problem out in less than an hour. Excellent service. I'm happy to recommend him & would definitely consider Rafal again.

Rafal was able to respond really fast and fitted me the in same day I called. I have never used Happy House before, but would probably use nobody else in the future. Pricing was very fair and exactly as quoted. Rafal worked with both efficiency and accuracy. Every step was explained and nothing was too much trouble, including having to climb over less accessible places. My fault was diagnosed, repaired and normality restored within two hours. Rafal clearly demonstrated both his skill and knowledge to quickly identify our fault and rectify in the least disruptive way possible. I was totally reassured by his explanations and the end result. Would definitely use again, so impressed.

Not the first time we have used we have used Happy House and certainly not the last. Yet again, Rafal did a fantastic job, very neat and professional going the extra mile to help with wall mounting a new TV and adding 3 extra electrical sockets.

Rafal did a fantastic job rewiring the entire house, was very precise and conscientious. We had several conversations/ visits prior to the work so we were all on the same page. Updates along the way and a quick turnaround with the work. Very professional, would certainly recommend and would definitely use the service again.
