Avoid this company

Avoid this company! Tried this service for over a year, the product did not work at all, they modified the formula and still no results. They make it impossible to cancel the subscription. They make you call in to do so then they torture you to keep the service.
Very dissatisfied with this company.

I was bald and hated it

I had lost almost all the hair on the top of my head years ago. Always hated it. I felt being bald was not me. I kept hoping something would come along that would actually work to grow my hair back. One day I saw an ad for Happy Head and I decided I would try it for 6 to 7 months. If no results by then I would stop. But to my surprise by 6 months I was noticing new hair growing on my head and family members were noticing that I was indeed growing new hair. After using Happy Head for sometime now my head now has hair that I can actually comb.

Inconvenience to cancel subscription!

Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. However, what i didn't like was, there was no reminder that an order was going to be processed in a day or two, as most subscriptions do...so you get charged and the order placed before a reminder. Also, you have to call to get the subscription cancelled. They then try to persuade you to keep subscription. Even after I repeatedly said to just cancel, they continued, until I finally lost my temper. They said there were questions that were necessary by law, which i call BS. I do alot of subscription purchases. I want to be able to start , pause, stop at my own convenience without having to call, sit on hold, and definitely not have to repeat several times, sternly, to get it canceled. Hard pass for me!

Excellent customer service call with Steven

Easy to Work With

On the administrative/medical side this company was awesome. Very easy to work with. Unfortunately I didn't get to use it very long as I had a skin reaction to the lotion. I really appreciated that they didn't try and argue with me when I cancelled my subscription. Maybe some day I'll be able to try again.

hair regrowth started in as little as a few weeks

I ordered the following products (shampoo, conditioner, oral pills, the topical ointment, plus the derma roller) because I was appauled at the hair loss from wegovy. I did not like the sticky feel of the topical solution, so I just used it at night. I did start regrowing hair in a little as a few weeks. The derma roller was too intense for my sensitive skin. I did get some more baby hairs on my face though too.

Predatory scammers

I canceled with them and now they won't stop calling and leaving voicemails asking me to restart my plan. I've blocked them almost every other day and they just keep getting new numbers, calling and leaving voicemails. Absolutely disgusting and predatory behavior. Keeps filling up my voicemails. I regret this stupid subscription so much. If I new that an entire year past canceling that they'd still be harassing me, I'd never have given this a chance.
EDITED AFTER RECEIVING RESPONSE HERE:
To provide some further context, Happy Head reaching out to previously canceled customers to see if they may still be interested in continuing their hair growth journey after they have canceled then continuing to regularly call, harrasss and leave voicemails from different phone numbers after being blocked is a terrible and predatory business practice. I am familiar and unsatisfied with your products and decided to cancel. If for whatever reason I wanted to come back, I already know how to reach you, because I have before already. How about you stop stalking your past customers instead of trying to act like these business practices you are engaging in aren't excessive or intrusive. If you were sorry, you wouldn't keep harassing past customers as part of your business model. We(past customers) have all of Happy Head's info if we wanted to change our minds and return. Far more likely of a case is that we do not want to buy your products any further and that harassment will just lead to more and more negative reviews instead of return customers. If HH just never harassed me after canceling, I wouldn't have even left a review at all. It's simple, maybe you guys should change your practices concerning calling past customers instead of telling me how to fix a problem you all are creating and that hasn't lead to any changes around being harassed by y'all.

I had a Outstanding Customer Service and Fast Turnaroundgreat experience with Happy…

I had a great experience with Happy Head’s customer service team. I realized at the last minute that I would be away on vacation for more than three weeks and would run out of my hair growth serum before my next scheduled shipment arrived. I reached out to their team, and they responded quickly and handled the situation with real urgency and care. Within 72 hours, I had the product in hand.

It’s rare to find customer service that is both responsive and genuinely helpful, and Happy Head delivered on both.
