Don’t buy under any circumstance!

I ordered this product and waited over a month for it to be delivered there in mind. This is a baby product during this time my baby did not have a playpen while learning to crawl. When I reached out to let the company know that I STILL didn’t have a usable product, they only offered to send replacement parts. Which I knew would take ANOTHER month to receive which really isn’t feasible for our family.

Do not purchase from here

The playpen we purchased for our baby took over a month to arrive and when it did arrive it was filthy and missing several pieces. The company has stopped responding to me. Cheap, overpriced product, and even worse customer service!

I had a problem with my orders it…

I had a problem with my orders it stated that the office is located in the United States, but all orders come from abroad without informing the customer, I don't know if they follow US laws and standards for manufacturing. Because what relates to the baby is not a joke. Now, after receiving the package after a month, one of the orders has not arrived. Also, the playpen that has arrived, it doesn't have proper and easy instructions for assembling the pieces. I think this was the most difficult and worst order I have ever seen.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! My order was not received. Contacted UPS, made a claim, the claim was approved. Reached out to this company to issue my refund and they are not responding. This company is a joke!

Do not buy from Happy Gira

Do not buy from Happy Gira. Shipping will take about a month because it comes from Singapore. And good luck cancelling an order or trying to return it--impossible. I tried to cancel the order the day after I had placed it and was told that it had already been shipped. And then it arrived...one month later! Obviously it had not been shipped. On top of that, they do not cover return expenses...to Singapore! What horrible customer service.

Receiving a Damage Product Will Cost You $$

After waiting over a month for a baby playpen when the website says 7-12 days, I received a ripped playpen that was missing pieces. The company response was for me to send the item back to Singapore at my own expense and wait another month or more for a refund.

The negative reviews are right!
It took over a month for my play yard to come. Mind you, it is a really pretty shade of pink, but it's not worth it. It was missing some of the pads. I asked customer service to send me replacements a few weeks ago and I haven't even received shipping info. It's so frustrating! Then they told me to send it back! A giant package! To SINGAPORE!!!! And expect me to pay for it!!!! This company is so scammy and I'm reporting to my bank today!

Positive experience with customer service

Customer service was so timely and professional. I made an error in my delivery address and they promptly responded with a correction and possible solutions to my item no longer being available. I was unable to proceed with my order but I haven't felt like I’ve received that great of attention from a company in a long time.

I’d rate under one star if I could

I’d rate under one star if I could. Took a month to get to me and was not only the wrong order but was missing parts. Horrible customer service. Under no circumstances should you buy from them. Will report as fraud to my bank ASAP.

Don’t buy from them

Shipping took over a month to get the playpen and they sent me the completely wrong size. Customer service said I was responsible for paying for shipping of the wrong playpen back to Singapore. That seems unethical when they sent me the wrong item. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Poor Quality and Shipped fromSingapore

My daughter and I ordered the playpen and play mat. I got a little worried when the tracker said it was coming from Singapore. Said we should receive it in 7 to 10 business days. It took twice that long. My daughter got her’s first and the instructions to put together were awful as was the quality and we both decided to send back. Support did respond quickly but told us to send back to Singapore (mind you the shipping labels all showed a CA address) at our expense and the refund would be processed after they read. I don’t think I will see my money.

Update: It will cost over 600.00 to return this product for a 180.00 refund. Clearly, I am not doing that. Have disputed the charge with my credit card company as this site is clearly a scam and I should have checked it out more thoroughly.
