They might offer you lower rates etc, but they are fraud and will never return you the money. Even if the airline has accepted the cancellation and agreed for refund. I followed it up with Happy Easy Go, when they disagreed to return me the money, I communicated with the airline. The airline has sent me the confirmation mail regarding the refund. But these cheaters are not returning me the money

Happy easy go is totally a fraud company.they are fooling around to the customers.They don't refund the amount even after airlines provide to them.Please don't trust this company and don't use their services.They are looting the customers in every way.

HAPPY GO EASY is a fraud website, please dont book any ticket from website. They have not refunded my money for the cancelled ticket and now their CC executives are saying that it may not be refunded. DO whatever you can do.

I have very bad experience with happy easy go in life ,I never used this app again .due to covid I m unable to checkin so i talk to go airlines executive then they told me that my money is fully refundable but happyeasygo executive now denied to give money.

They are really cheaters who want only money in this situation of covid ,they simply don't understand that for middle class family money is very important.

I have booked a refundable ticket but During Covid Happyeasygo Has cancelled my ticket without informing me and refused to return the amount.

If you are 100% certain that you wont cancel your ticket then only try there services other wise consider that you have dropped your money in a well.
They are running a SCAM.

Fraud Company. They will loot you when it comes to refunding money for a cancelled flight. Customer service is terrible and they will intenationally drop the call if you ask for status of refund.

Shameless pathetic company, big FRAUD. Please don't book any flight from them. My flights got cancelled due to covid last year, airlines have refunded money to these cheater. But they are not replying or refunding our hard earned money. I wish there a negative review option, would have given -100 to these cheaters.

This is fraud website please don't book with this website. The helpline number if fraud do. They do not answer the call. They didn't refund my money as per the guidelines.

This company is a fraud, my 78k is struck with the company and I have emailed the seniors found email Id in linkedin but of no use no one replies and honestly no one reads this reviews from HEG and bother to read and resolve the issues.

Adding to my experience I received my refund as my airlines refunded to HEG within 24 hours and I had emailed the higher ups of HEG and my refund process was done within 5 days. Well I am not using HEG anytime in my future as my booking was not done correctly it was my luck flights were cancelled and my refund was received but not a trust worthy company to bet on when you actually want to travel. Maybe spend few bucks and use other websites but not HEG.

Please don't book flight or any other service from Happyeasygo. They are worst in market. They have multiple cases against them in consumer court for not refunding the money. Even my case is in court now. If u need more info about them, text me. Anyone else whose money is stuck with them,get in touch with me lets fight together against this fraud company to get our hard earned money back.

They cheat with money and fake tickets and false offers. Dont book.

Cancelled flight on April 2020, today it 21/April /2021. Still haven't got the refund amount... Such a pathetic fraud stupid moron company. Once u paid nobody from customer service will answer the call. Im trying for more than a year now. Dont ever think of booking tickets through Happy easy go.. pls change the name fraud paiya company ...fed up customer req nr 695626827561042910

I cancelled my flight on 16th April.
Not yet initiated Refund. Have emailed the customer service. Said, you will not get a refund. What a disgusting service. Even not partial Refund.

This is the worst experience. My flight was cancelled because of Covid 19. And I was requested for the full refund from the airline. Airline processed my request and send the full refund to happy easy go as I have booked the ticket through happy easy go portal. Happy easygo even confirmed the refund from airline. But it's already more than 5months. Happy easygo is not refunding me my money. Each time they are telling lies. Requesting for 10 working days, and there is no reply. Sometimes they say give us 15 days, some time says give 3 day.... they are just being ridiculous. It's already 1 year. Never book ticket through happy easy go portal

Will not recommend to use HappyEasyGo now as there services and refund policy is very very worst. Even after completion of 8month of refund request, still no refund & and I hope probably there will be no refund. So, strong request to everyone not to use HappyEasyGo

Bad experience. Every time there is a rescheduling or cancellation of the flight, no information is conveyed to the customer by them and the airlines are unable to reach you, as the information updated to airlines sites is a dummy email ID and phone number from Happyeasygo. So unless you check on the airline site you will be uninformed about any changes. Moreover, their customer care is also no reachable and most people still havent got their refunds

Will not recommend to use HappyEasyGo now as there services and refund policy has been changed... HappyEasyGo will impose additional charges when you will cancel the ticket.

I have booked my group ticket with Happy Easy Go and due to Covid Pandemic, the journey was cancelled. At first they said that because i have not cancelled officially on their portal, so its not considered as cancelled. And then i had to cancel the journey officially on their portal. The funny part is they have received majority of the refund of my ticket in 3.5 months before me officially cancelling but still they did not process my cancellation. Now after the cancellation, it has been more than 90 days which is official processing time frame for refund processing, however i have yet not received the refund and when i call the customer care, they simply give standard template answers and they do not have any real time updates and are rude and adds time frame of 15 working days without any explanation. They do not have any grievance redressal department to whom we can contact if we are not satisfied with the customer executive team response. They only ask us to email them at the standard email id to which they never reply on time. It is the worst company at customer service and also a company who does not refund customers money even after receiving them quite well in time.
I would recommend not to book tickets from their portal because of a few rupees additional discount in comparison to other standard ticketing portals.
