I wish I could give a negative star to this hopeless website. They will not refund your money after flight cancellation even when the flight has refunded the amount. I had an Indigo flight from Jammu to Delhi on 19th Feb 2023. Due to some reasons , I had to cancel the ticket and Indigo had refunded the amount to Happyeasygo. But This fraud site refuses to respond and refund the amount. Please I request you all please never ever book tickets from this fraud site

My request to all the readers please do not book anything using this website. They are 100% hoaxes. Even we have booked Group ticket before started COVID and Airlines cancel the fight due COVID19. we have confirmed on an email to refund frim AIRINDIA and refund will received from Happy Easy GO on written mail and its 2 years completed but still not received any refund

I need some guidance on how to prosecute these people. They should be banned entirely. They are scamming people. Worst COO and management of Happy Easy GO

This is a fraud agency.Customer care number doesn't work,no email response, comments are disabled on posts in Instagram and Facebook.I cancelled flight through indigo although i had booked it with happy easy go.but the airline credited refund to agency account who is not yet refunding the money.i have been following up from 2 months now

Worst company I have ever worked with.

I am 100% sure that this is a fraud company. The contact number or the helpline never works for people who want to know the refund status or anything related to their booking.

I also sent 10-20 emails, but no reply.
I checked with the airline (indigo) and they confirmed that my refund has been processed from their side and it's with the agency (happyeasygo).

I am clueless. don't know how to get a refund from these people

My 3 tickets need to brefunded they did it's more then 90 days

From last 4 months I am following up with this guys but they are only giving the dates but not refunding my money. Already Airlines had refunded the money to them within 24hrs and they confirm me also but this froud and cheater company never refunded Back my money. Don't book ticket from this app, they are fraud company, they are not returning refund after cancelation while already airlines has refund to them....

Worst Singapore chow Mein I have ever had. Staff miserable and rude.

I have two query,

First is I have cancelled one ticket and airline has confirmed that, they have refunded the money to Happyesaygo and processing is pending from happyeasygo. Still they have not refunded my money.
Second, I have booked another ticket from happyeasygo and my money also got deducted and in the booking section also it is showing payment has already received and ticket will issued in 1 hour, but it's been more than 2 days still ticket has not been issued and still they have not refund my money.
Tried to reach customer care, number is not at all connecting and also they are not replying through mail. What should I do?
How to complain for next level.

Its been more then 2 months I am waiting for refund of one of the flight being cancelled by airlines , would someone pls provide an update ? No one is answering calls/mails.

On Sunday 30 Oct 2022 when I booked my flight (trip id no: 869328677391959234)) there was no ticket booked, but the payment was deducted from my account. I asked about the booking status multiple times on the customer and also tried to call the customer care phone details to no avail. No refund was processed and the customer service is perpetually unavailable (both email and phone).

I booked my ticket for Diwali visit to home town on 10th October and received one email regarding payment confirmation and trip id generated after one hour I will be receiving my e-ticket, which never came to me. . To my surprise when I contacted Indigo regarding booking no such booking was found. Also, no communication in between from company email or telephonic happened in between. No amount was refunded back to my bank account. On the day of flight i went to airport and booked expensive ticket from the counter .I tried calling them and sent 8-10 emails whole day but no one replied . I received reply on one of my email on 27th Oct when everything is over. But, no amount is refunded back till now. Gross unprofessionalism. Fraud website

I booked the wrong ticket and my flight ticket was refundable. It has been more than 1 month and I still haven't received my money back. HEG is a fraud company. Please Please never book your ticket from these crook. They don't understand people's hard earned money. They are looting money without showing a gun.

Worst site to book your tickets from. They haven't refunded my money for flight cancelled by the airline. They jeep asking for more time but never get it refunded. Would never recommend to anyone. Please stay away from such frauds

Happy easy Go is the worst booking site I have encountered in my life. I had booked a flight in May, 2020. Which got scrapped due to the lockdown.

I ran from pillar to post for my refund. These guys squarely refused to give it to me. They said that Air India has not refunded the money to them which was an absolute lie. I contacted air india, who shared the transaction details as well with me which clearly evidenced that the money had been refunded to happy easy go.

Despite sharing the same, HEG refused to refund my money. Until someone informed me of the PM Grievance Redressal portal. I put up my complaint there, I was given the number of an officer who will coordinate my complaint. And today, i.e. on the 9th of August, 2022, after 2 years and 3 months, HEG was finally compelled to refund my money to me. The process took 2 months, but it is very effective and helpful.

I am posting this so that anyone who has lost money to these crooks can use this. Please feel free to reach out to me. I'll be glad to help.

I was never helpless per se, being a practicing lawyer myself. But when the amounts involved are so small, the effort of filing a consumer complaint seems too much. The PM forum is very effective and I'd urge all of you to use it.

I WAS following up since starting, first they said it will get refunded in few week, then they said in 45 days , again they said after 90 days , again they said after 90 working days then after 90 working days thet said the money has not come from the vendor.
