I ordered from them 3 weeks ago.

Went to check on the order a few days ago, their website was down, but said it wouldld be back.

Still down yesterday so I emailed the 2 listed options on my confirmation email. Both Bounced back.

I tried a phone number listed for them, it went to a random woman.

Fraudulent company. I'm currently put $133 with the gift wrapping/ personalization I had paid for.

I'm in the process of working with the bank/ CC company to reverse the payment.

Thieves upon thieves! DO NOT BY FROM HERE! Horrible people, I didn’t get what I paid for. Their website doesn’t work and they don’t respond to your emails.

I haven't even received my blanket yet. I reached out to "customer service" with no luck and now the website is gone.

Never received product. They sent me an email to ask how happy I was with the product. I ordered a month and a half ago.

I ordered a swaddle set and blanket on June 24 it’s now August 13 and I still haven’t received it! I’ve contacted happy blankie multiple times and haven’t heard anything back i will call my credit card company to get my money back… horrible!

I never received the blanket I purchased on June 19. I emailed customer service and never heard back.

The items I want are never in stock. Otherwise, the service is good. Orders are too slow in processing as well.

Items never received - Super sad because I was looking forward to these items and giving them as gifts

I have order an item, still have not received it, reached out with no response. I’m not so happy!

Horrible Customer Service and Fulfillment
Ordered an in-stock item in April and have yet to receive it, although I was charged for it. Have tried to contact them multiple times through email and website (only options) and have never heard back. Now I will take it up with my credit card company

Have sent several messages regarding orders that have not been shipped with ZERO response. There is no phone number to contact. Very very frustrating

I have purchased Happy Blankies in the past and have had nothing but rave reviews for them. Unfortunately this time I never received my products that said they were in stock. I waited the 2-3 weeks as per the website said for bundles and still 6 weeks later nothing. I never received any replies to any of my emails and finally disputed the charge with my credit card company, that I hope reimburses me. If you aren’t able to do business at this time, at least turn off the order portion of your website. It is a shame because they were perfect newborn gifts, had a beautiful backstory and point of the whole business and now only 2 of my 3 kids get to enjoy theirs.

Never received my product. Or a response to our inquiry about where our product was. Ordered back in October. They billed me and I lost all my money. Too bad the donation part probably didn’t happen either. Disappointing and would never recommend.

I ordered a blanket on January 30th, 2022 and have heard nothing from them after the confirmation email. I’ve emailed many times asking for the status on my order with no response. This is super disappointing seeing I’ve gotten multiple blankets from them in the past with no problems whatsoever. Unfortunately I have no choice but to take further action to get my money back.

Wrote three emails to contact about a blanket from October. Still no reply and I have used this company a dozen times. Not sure what is happening this year but they have truly disappointed plus I paid and have yet to receive the blanket.

I have bought these blankets as baby gifts for years. This one never got shipped out and I can’t seem to get anyone from Happy Blankie to respond to my concerns. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

I never got my blankets. I paid for them and they were never shipped. I contacted the seller multiple times and never got a reply. I filed a dispute through PayPal and got a refund thankfully. Awful experience. I basically got scammed.

i ordered it 11/11/2021It has now been 36 days since I placed my order and I haven’t heard back from the company after reaching out through multiple platforms and I haven’t had an update on my order. i searched for a this company phone number and finally i found one on the web which is and i called them to ask about my refund they put me on hold for 10 mins and sent me and refund claim form which i filled and after 4 hours i got my money back
