Bra is false advertising. Horrible product. Very misleading. Want to return them and was told at my expense would be very costly.

I agree with all the negative reviews. This product . Sandals resembled Clark’s . They are made very cheaply and have a horrible odor. When I contacted them about a return , they told me I have to ship it to China and pay the shipping. It’s which is extremely high. They are offering me a 15% discount which is actually a joke. Stay away from them. This company should be put out of business for scanning the public about their product.

THE AD AND THE PRODUCT WERE TOTALLY DIFFERENT. STRETCH MATERAL ADVERTIZED IN THEIR "BOUTIQUE COSTUME" IS NOT STRETCH MATERIAL. YOU'LL GET NO OPTIONS FROM THEM BUT HAPPY TALK. THEY GIVE DIFFERENT AND CONFUSING INFORMATION DEPENDING WHO YOU SPEAK TO. THERES NO ABILITY TO GET ANYWHERE WITH THEM CONCERNING THEIR PRODUCT AND THE DIFFERENCE IN WHAT YOU BUY AND WHAT YOU GET. $49 FOR A CHEAP GARBAGY QUALITY "COSTUME" BOTTOMS.

DON’T order from this company! They are based out of Vietnam and don’t accept returns, or give refunds!! My 99 year old mother bought two pair of sandals for $82. She received them in a wrinkled, battered envelope and when she opened them they had a horrible chemical smell. They didn’t fit and were cheaply made. She needs an orthopedic lift for one of them and when we brought it to the cobbler, he said the quality was so poor, it wouldn’t withstand the lift. When I inquired about returning them for a full refund, I was told they don’t do refunds because of the shipping costs and could only give her $25 back. So heart breaking that they took advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income in this way. I have never in my life dealt with such an unethical company. Buyer beware!

2 pairs of shoes took forever to get. Very cheaply made AND THE CHEMICAL SMELL IS ATROCIOUS!!

Their advertising are completely false. We ordered a vacuum which doesn't work at all and they don't accept return or refund!!!!!!! Be careful!!! They use advertising on Facebook etc....

I have contacted them 4 times, I did not receive my order. No response. I did not purchase from them, I was on Walmart. Com, they distribute for them. HORRIBLE

I would give zero if I could. The heavy duty plastic forks aren't as big as my finger and thin. I doubt a child can use them.

The glasses I received were broke. They were made out of very cheap plastic. The nose guard was very rough plastic and hurt nose. The arms of the glasses that fit on the ear are very rough and can not wear. Oh yes, they responded. Several times. I just got tired of them making excuses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS STORE.

I bought the car vacuum and it doesn't pickup anything of consequence. Total garbage.

The Glass Case - RED, SAMSUNG NOTE 10 PLUS is GARBAGE!!
After 4 days the phone fell & the case shattered & the phone cracked.
I reported it with pictures on the 8th day after delivery & they refused to give a refund.

Total garbage: DO NOT BUY! Iordered the indestructible Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra phone case. It does not close properly or securely and would easily pop open if dropped on the floor or the ground. My fingerprint sensor will not work through the screen. The company asked for photos and videos of the issues which I sent to them. The best deal they could offer me was for me to return the item at my own expense which was very expensive or a simple 15% refund. This is a scam.

Pentorica - online clothing is a scam. I placed a large order of several items. I received none of the items and they have ignored my requests for a refund.

i am really really disappointed with the hand held vaccum. the ad for this product on instagram is soooo misleading. the strength of the vacuum is terrible! it is soooo weak!!! it cannot pick up anything! the ad shows the vacuum sticking to someone's hand upside down. that is soo not the case!!! i charged it for 24 hrs and no difference. i am so disappointed. I am never going to buy anything that i see on instagram again. that was the first and last time. i wish i read these reviews online before i ordered it. buyers beware!!!!

I ordered this item in GOLD Trim casing. Received the item with Blue colored Film that was easily peeled off to expose clear colored tempered glass 2 sided phone case trimmed in Black. Upon contacting "HAPPY SHOP". Was told that they were sold out of the Gold..and that they tried to reach me by Email to tell me so..but upon checking my Email..they NEVER contacted me. Wanted me to take a 10% discount/or send it back. Well, it took a Month to get to me so I did not accept the discount and will not spend $$ to send it back to China. Will keep it, hope it doesn't Crack as it has already been scratched. Spent about $25.00 for this case. Giving "HAPPY to Scam you Shop" a ZERO.

Ordered a battery powered vacuum + blower but when I clicked the purchase link it defaults to a far inferior basic vacuum w no blower function. When I called them out on the false advertising they said:

“ If you want to return, I'm sorry that you have to pay the shipping fee back to our return warehouse in Asia. However, the charge would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation.

Alternatively, we would like to offer 15% refund on your current order. You can keep the product or donate to someone who may need it. What do you think? Actually, I think this offer is a better deal rather than choosing to return.”

Steer clear of Happy Shop!!

The worst fraudulent company Took forever to deliver these boots advertised on Facebook so came after winter was mostly over. The quality was a laugh , plastic not rubber soles with no traction and fake leather of the worst kind. Too small to size. They would not let me return them or refund . Sucks .

Bought jogging pants 3xl. They are Chinese sizes. USA size medium :( I can't use them . They want me to keep them and get 20% back. Keep them or sell them They said. I said no 2 times. Now they say it will ost me more to ship them back. Just keep them. I said no. Still no reply back . Going to call credit card and stop payment and get my money back. CAN YOU SAY SCAM ? TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THEY ARE FRAUDS. ZERO STARS.

bought 2 pair of boots that popped up on facebook. The order took so long that I forgot that I had ordered them until company notified me that my order had been lost. The company advised they would replace order which took another month.
Wow! When I did receive my order I am so ashamed at how cheap these boots look. They look nothing like what was shown on facebook. Wish I had done my research before purchasing.

bought a small car vacuum that does not work. Now I can't even get the company to return my emails much less get a refund. DO NOT buy from this chinese company. you won't get a product that is to your satisfaction
