I give one star because I can't give zero stars...
It is incredible how difficult it is to collaborate with this company!
I launched the online order on March 16 and until today, April 9, I have not received the plants; not even a reply to the emails sent to them ....
The weather in Romania was excellent: it was 22*C and the nights were over 6*C; the plants could be sent without any problem!
I asked to refund my money (around 240 Eur)... of course I didn't have any success!
In the chat on their website, if I fill in the order number, I receive the following edited message from March 16:
'Confirmed
We're preparing these items for shipping.
Mar 16'
The only thing I want is to refund my money and forget about the experience with this company.

I will document myself to see where (to which UK authority) I can write a complaint for this company so that I can get my money back!

I am totally disappointed!

Update after reply from HP:

on March 25 I sent you an email where I asked for the plants to be sent ( hoping the plants will be send with a fast carrier and will not be more than 6 days on the way) - I did not receive a reply

on March 30, April 2 and April 6, I sent other emails to ask if you sent already the plants (I wrote you also that, starting with April 8 I'll not be home for a month and - if you didn't send the plants - i would like to refund my money) ...... and no response from your side

Disappointed, I placed an order and emailed after no further information, also got my friend to message their instagram but again no response. Finally used their chat service on their website and was told the team was away at a plant show until next week.

Extra few stars because the person I spoke to was very helpful in refunding me.

There was no communication on the website or when ordering that no orders would be fulfilled until next week. Disappointed in the experience with this company as their plants look lovely, but communication is where it falls flat

Great experience! My plant arrived in perfect condition, carefully and securely packaged, and the heat pack was still warm when it arrived, very important when you live in the arctic.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the generous freebies, so many! Communication throughout the process was excellent, we never had ANY misunderstandings, it was all clear and friendly throughout.
It’s obvious that a lot of thought goes into both the plants and how they are shipped. I’m super happy with my order and will definitely be coming back for more and more freebies ;) Highly recommended!

My order couldn't have come quicker, and they were very kind to include some freebie other seeds from what looks like a beautiful plant. All incredibly well packaged. I'll absolutely be ordering again!

Bought my first RVDP and when it arrived it was perfect. Happiestplants also generously included a gift which was amazing and made my month.

The packaging is top, matching what you would expect from a mainstream brand. I would even say better than the mainstream brands as happiestplants included stick labels with the plants ID. A small detail I’ve not had before but one that shows attention to detail and passion for the business.

Delivery was negotiated for a specific day, again making the purchase personal, something you don’t get with mainstream sites. Delivered exactly when we discussed.

Last points, roots all very healthy, no sign of damage in the leaves. Would highly recommend.

Everything you would want from a plant shop, and more! The guys are wonderful here, the plants are truly superb quality - shipping and packaging is so good that they arrive super fast and immaculate. Plants and roots are sooooo healthy and strong. You know you’re getting authentic specimens and strong ones at that. Well worth the price, reasonable for the quality you get. They couldn’t be nicer to contact for questions - they reply super fast on Instagram and have so much knowledge and advice, and even can source plants for you that you can’t otherwise get in this country. Also buy their Ayurvedic hair oil and that is probably the best quality I’ve ever used, and I’m South Asian so can attest to how good that is!!

Shipping from Ireland to Poland took less than 24 hours, which is truly impressive. Communication with the seller was kind, quick, and professional.
