I have ordered a blazer, Balmain. I was really happy as it was very discounted, but when arrived it was delivered folded in an envelope (?!) and was wrinkled heavily and also one of the safety threads that connects lapel was also broken. When I complained their customer service replied to me that I can just steam it as it was discounted, as I guess, by their view I should just be happy with what ever I got. They refused to reimburse my shipping costs even though it wasn't my fault that item arrived in a non optimal shape.
I really don't understand what they were trying to save on by packaging but the store that treats clothes in this manner definitely shouldn't deal with any clothing regardless of price point.
Luckily I waited to see how this purchase will go before I ventured into a haul I wanted to purchase, but as they didn't reimburse my shipping costs, I will move on to another nigh end store that actually knows how to sell fashion.
