A busy but rewarding role with supportive colleagues and management

A typical day at work was lively and full of energy, serving drinks, chatting with guests, and keeping everything running smoothly. I learned how to manage time, stay calm under pressure, and deliver excellent service even during the busiest hours. Management was approachable and encouraged teamwork, which created a positive and friendly atmosphere. The hardest part was handling large crowds quickly while maintaining quality, but it helped me grow more confident and efficient. The most enjoyable part was meeting new people every day, working with a supportive team, and seeing customers leave with a smile

HapSolution is indeed a solution driven…

HapSolution is a truly solution-driven organization, providing essential support for many young people who struggle to find employment and manage their expenses. Since joining the company, I have learned a great deal, particularly from the opportunity to move and work across different regions and countries. This experience has significantly improved my interaction skills and boosted my self-confidence to a new level. I deeply value the strong team spirit and positive culture at HapSolution, as well as the respectful way in which all staff are treated.

I could see the staff from Manager to support team are very cooperative
Also the work environment is very chill
stress free
shifts are flexible and various places
I feel more comfy working with Hap

I’ve genuinely had a great time working…

I’ve genuinely had a great time working with HAP. The entire experience has been both enjoyable and rewarding. The staff are incredibly supportive—whether you’re on-site or off-site, they’re always ready to help and make sure things run smoothly. You never feel like you’re on your own, which makes a huge difference, especially during busy shifts. It’s clear they really care about the people working with them. I’d definitely recommend working with HAP to anyone looking for a positive and well-managed work environment!

Overbooking and under promising

I worked for the first time with hap at latitude, they overbooked staff on a fair few bars and proceeded to clock out a large chunk of us only 4 hours into the shift considering all the effort some go through to camp and get to the destination and only provide 4 hours work a day is embarrassing especially when you consider that the booking says 6-16 hour shift.

That being said I’ve heard hap is good for smaller venues, however I won’t be giving them a second chance to find out
