It’s weird how I had to pay in May for my pergola and sides and heaters and it’s already August and I still don’t have it. They said August 6 to September something I don’t know. I just think it’s weird that you pay for something and then you have to wait Couple months before it gets there just weird. I haven’t gotten it yet, but I will let you know how I like it or don’t like it. Hopefully, I will like it.

Very pleased with the sales and support team Raul Flaga was very helpful and knowledgeable allowing me to get the right product the first time.

Ordering was easy, many good reviews, great price for a quality product, and incentives offered at the time made the choice extra nice. The wait time for delivery was accurate, about 14 weeks. At the time communication about delivery was not very good, but it got better since they installed a better tracking system (I believe). Installation of the pergola 10x10 by myself was easy but only if you are handy with building, otherwise two people would be preferred.

Great company to work with. . Answered promptly any concerns I had and when a wrong part was delivered that got right on it and it should be here any day to complete the structure. The person putting it together builds homes and commented that it was the sturdiest, most well built and easiest to put together pergola he has ever worked on. I can hardly wait to use it and highly recommend this company. I was a bit wary to take the plunge and make this purchase as I am a widow and have had to deal with less than honest companies in the past, but Hanso came through for me in every way. 10/10

I received my Hanso delivery in perfect condition. The assembly was pretty simple.Maybe 10 hours to complete, And that was mostly me doing the work myself. I had ordered 2 sunshades, that didn’t fit my motorized gazebo,however Hanso ( Ken ) , is in the process of getting me the correct sunshades. Bottom line I really love my new gazebo. Can’t wait to get my new sunshades.Great communication with Hanso..

We have no problems with delivery and ordering. Good customer service. Instructions are easy to follow but finite illustrations could be a bit enlargement. Instructions could be more expounded. No parts were missing and thank you for additional parts. The pergola is very functional and look very nice after being up. We are very pleased with the product.

Pergola is good looking but it was leaking water during rains and we had to get it professionally fixed. It seems it was a know issue with wall mounted pergola.
Additionally its been 6 months from order and they have not shipped the remainder of my order that included outdoor lamp and firepit. So I would be cautious to recommend them given the price.

Everything was well packaged,identified, and engineered. It was a breeze to assemble. We are looking forward to many enjoyable years of use. Thank you

Bernadette, a member of the support department, demonstrated exemplary helpfulness, patience, and expertise. It is evident that Hanso should be proud to have an invaluable asset like Bernadette on their team.

We ordered and paid for our pergola two months ago. Other than one email acknowledging our order and payment, we have received no updates on our order and when we can expect it. Multiple calls to the "customer service line" reveals it's merely an answering service with no way to talk to anyone at the company. A second customer service number led to a voicemail. Really considering just challenging the credit card charge and taking my business elsewhere, given the lack of any communications about our order for two months.

Hanso's Customer Service has been exceptional every time I've had to work with them.
In fact, I'm quite happy that i chose Hanso for our remodel.
* The ordering process was easy.
* At the time there were some significant delays on manufacturing and shipping, but Hanso added some upgrades to our awning at no cost to make up for that.
* Installation was straight forward, and its sleek and slim design fits beautifully in our pool area.
* Hanso also sent us an amazing solar patio lantern as a gift when our project wrapped, which we plan to purchase more of soon.

Excellent customer service.

What good is it to offer a great product that they can’t actually deliver to you?? Really poor customer service, a sense this company is overwhelmed waiting for product from China. It’s now been six months (they stated 16 weeks at the time) since I placed an order and I may cancel next month. Of course I’ll need to challenge any restocking fee. Give me a break.

The team at Hanso has been so helpful with making sure all my products exceed my expectations with providing amazing customer service.

SCAM ALERT! Ordered in March, was told may delivery. June 1 was told September delivery. Asked to cancel order but they never refunded it and stopped returning calls. Then they emailed an offer to deliver "maybe in 3-4 weeks" but again never responded and still no refund.

This pergola is absolutely incredible!!! I was nervous to spend that much online without seeing the product, but it is well worth it. Arrived in many boxes, easy to put together, SO well made, sturdy, and I love the look of it. Could not Vero happier with this purchase!!

Company keeps pushing back delivery date. Waiting over 7 months with no confirmed date of delivery. One employee blamed it on the tariff situation and another blamed it on warehouse restructuring. Pushed back delivery 5 times already. Going on all my Social Media platforms to share my negative experience.

I bought from Hanso in October '24 with the promise of a late May delivery. I did not feel comfortable from the start paying them 8 months in advance, but with the reviews here and some other research it sounded like they had a great product at a decent price.

Upon further review, it seemed that every little thing is an upgrade which they are not 100% clear about when you purchase the pergola, it's not exactly clear what you're getting.

So, they upsold me some screens and additional accessories which cost more than the pergola itself!! (10'x13' Pergola $4,600, 3 side screens $5,300!)

Red flags were going off everywhere that this is some kind of scam, but based on reviews here and some other reviews of hanso, I again rolled the dice because we really need a pergola in our backyard.

Throughout April and May I kept asking for my ship date. "Late May" seemed a little vague and I wanted to get visibility to the actual ship date as I will need to hire a construction crew to build and attach the pergola to Foundation piers.

Hanso is all apologies, sorry we can't give you a ship date. Sorry we can't give you better information. Sorry sorry sorry....

After asking for the past few weeks regarding ship date, it's now May 30th and they say oh we'll get it to you in late July!! Late July!! What just so they can postpone it again to September October? How many years does it take Hanso to ship?

I've asked them for 100% refund and to come take away the $5,300 screens they sold me and shipped right away they are now sitting around taking up space with no pergola to mount to.

The absolute worst experiences I've ever had with an online vendor.

They may have a great product, but they can't ship. So who cares?

***Don't get ripped off by this company.***
Hanso should be ashamed of their illicit business practices.

Update; I reached Bernadette in customer service who has a June 8th ship date.
That is a lot better than late July which apparently is only for the speakers. It appears the heaters will be delayed as well but at least I got a straight answer on the main structure.
So this is what I've learned, logistics, shipping and manufacturing within Hanso do not communicate well.
Customer service does their best but they also do not communicate clearly.

In the current chaotic Global economic environment, there is so much uncertainty. It adds to the poor communication and you really won't know what's going on, unless you can find Bernadette in customer service.
