After 2 years: still no refund. Refund was granted due to damaged beds. Beds were sent back, but no refund has reached my account. Still waiting and hoping to give this company better review but as for now, it looks like a scam.

Zero to non-existent communication.
They are registered in France and Germany; yet they operate from Talin, Estonia.
Everything is suspicious about them.
I would not recommend make business with them.

Delivered wrong bed, 100x200cm instead of 90x200cm, so mattress and bed bottom don't fit and the bed is unusable. Customer service is not available; the phone numbers are out of order, they don't respond to any emails, and not on whats app. They did respond to a chat message saying they would send a new bed, but that is a month ago and nothing happened after that... It seems they are out if business, do not order here!!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the bed. I spent a long time choosing it, and an important criterion was the color, which would harmonize with the interior. On the website, the shade looked beige, but in reality, the bed arrived in a yellow-orange color. Additionally, there are stains and defects on the bed. The company refused to accept the return, citing it as a custom order. The quality of the product does not justify the price.

A good stable natural simple bed :) of a good quality and at affordable price, very quick delivery, support and quick and helpful response of the customer service after the order has been received. They suggested an exchange of one part because of a very little crack. Thank you! I needed a bit strength to assembly the bed but I could do it :)

Solid wood is unbeatable. All parts fit precisely, and assembly can be easily accomplished alone with the help of a cordless screwdriver.

The bed arrived in a broken box. Some of the wood had surface damage. The quality of the product was no longer good compared to the two previous ordering experiences.

The company never responded to two emails even to apologize for what happened. I am disappointed with the silence in customer service and the deterioration in quality.

The bed is functional but expensive in terms of quality.

The bed arrived quickly and the workmanship is perfect. All the holes are correct, the screws fit and it took a good 3/4 hour to assemble.

I would only recommend further protection for the wood in the packaging, as once again DLS did not handle it very carefully.

Wir haben ein Doppelbett Typ Graatsia bestellt. Die Lieferung wurde zügig angekündigt. Leider bestand die Lieferung nur zur Hälfte aus den teilen, die wir bestellt hatten. Kann passieren, dachten wir. Leider konnten wir bei Hansales niemanden per Telefon oder E-Mail erreichen. E-Mails wurde noch nicht einmal zugestellt, sondern kamen unzustellbar zurück. Lediglich eine WhatsApp Nummer funktionierte. Dort versprach man freundlich die Fehllieferung zu korrigieren, leider versäumte man aber dem Kurier mitzuteilen, welches Paket der im Austausch zurücknehmen sollte... Insgesamt 3 Lieferungen später und viel Wartezeit haben wir dann doch alle Teile zusammen. Das Bett und die Qualität der Teile ist Oberklasse. Der Versand und die Kommunikation sind erschreckend schlecht.

We ordered a Graatsia double bed. The delivery was announced quickly. Unfortunately, only half of the delivery consisted of the parts we had ordered. Can happen, we thought. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach anyone at Hansales by phone or e-mail. E-mails were not even delivered, but were returned undeliverable. Only a WhatsApp number worked. They kindly promised to correct the wrong delivery, but unfortunately they failed to tell the courier which parcel he should take back in exchange... A total of 3 deliveries later and a lot of waiting, we finally got all the parts together. The bed and the quality of the parts are top class. The shipping and communication are appallingly poor.

We have been searching for a simple design for the beds we now need and we found exactly the ones we were looking for. After we ordered the packets have been delivered three days later. The wood is lovely.We are very happy with the beds! Thank you very much.

The products (bed and bed. Box) look good and seam to be very well made. But the packing / cartonage was torn and already open on one side. So I was lucky nothing fell out of the packing. Perhaps you could make that more stable - then You would be Perfect!

Awesome bed, good quality, fast delivery

Everything was delivered quickly and nothing was missing. Assembling the bed was pretty straightforward, only when screwing on the slats I wished I had a power tool. The bed seems to be very robust and high quality and really doesn't make a sound when we move.

Insufficient customer service. My order got lost and after three weeks they sent the package to the wrong address. Still waiting for a reply. We‘re in week 6.
