My mortgage was arranged five years ago by Hannie. It is now time for a renegotiation. I spoke with Hayley today she was friendly and comes across as being well informed about the many options. She is going to do some research and get back to me with the choices of what may work well for me.
Kayleigh was clear about what the costs may involved, and I also feel reassured that she will explore all options.

I had my initial appointment with Kayleigh, she was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Kayleigh went above and beyond, not only securing me a mortgage, but supporting and guiding me through the most challenging time, personally, I've ever had. We went into the appointment not really sure how the whole mortgage process worked - and uncertain about how much we'd be able to borrow (made more difficult because I am self-employed). After some quick questions about our financial position, she was able to give us an idea of how much we'd be able to borrow - and it was better than we expected.
