Amazing product
Amazing product! I have been taking the Multi Strain Biotic for over 2 years. I started it following a bad flare up of allergic contact dermatitis that led to the skin on my scalp, face and hands being very sore. Creams did not resolve the dermatitis and a friend recommended Hannah Sillitoe... I am so grateful! Since taking the Biotic my dermatitis has been under control, plus my acne has significantly improved! A few months ago I had a small break in taking the Biotic - mostly out of curiosity whether I still needed it - and my skin broke out, and I generally felt worse in my self. I instantly resubscribed and it feels so good to putting a natural, beneficial product into my body each morning and setting my day up with good intention and respect for my body. Thank you!

I have been scammed by this website.
I bought 1 product, but after that, they kept sending the product and taking money from my credit card.
I realised it after a few months when I checked my credit card bill that they are thinking many for two products which I never bout.
if you are buying any product from this website, be careful, as they can put you on auto-subscribe and keep sending you products and taking money from your account.
In terms of the product, I didn't like the test of the product so I don't consider buying it again.

For the past 25 years I have suffered with psoriasis all over my body, since doing the diet and probiotic also with hair products and body cream over the past 3 months it’s totally changed my life, I can’t thank Hannah enough it truly is amazing

Great natural products I am using regularly
I have been using the multi strain biotic for months now and the milk thistle tincture and I would like to think I am supporting my body. I also have the hand creme, vit D boosting creme and the night oil. I love the quality of these products. You only need a tiny bit and they go a long way. They smell very natural and no harsh chemicals! Thanks to the whole team!!!

Great customer service from Amy. My order had been declined - my fault - and all sorted now - but Amy could not have been nicer and quick to respond. And all sorted now. Have been taking Multi Strain Biotic for a while now and it's a brilliant product. Happy customer.

I had an issue with my monthly subscription of Multi Strain Biotic (which I love and works really well for me!) I emailed customer service and received a helpful response in a very timely manner, with my issue resolved, cannot fault the customer service received!! Thank you x
Another money grabbing company
Another money grabbing company that couldn’t care less about their customers. I was suffering from really bad eczema and absolutely fell for the company marketing bought several products and the biotic. The face cream made my skin really bad. The shampoo/conditioner resulted in head sores and the biotic caused flaring and more eczema. I signed up for the subscription for the biotic thinking 3 months would be ok but after an elimination diet and trying the 2nd bottle I flared within a day. Asking to cancel my contract ended up in a money grabbing clause to fulfil my contract I had to purchase another bottle or pay £25! This company must really be struggling to need £25 and, at least to me, shows a total lack of their own confidence in their products to have such a contract clause and no care for customers.
So be wary do not fall for the hype how ever desperate you are! I’d be very surprised if these products have actually been tested.

Sick and disappointed
I was recommended the probiotic as a new postpartum mother. Within the first few days I began having bad abdominal pains. By the end of the first week I was experiencing this two fold. The kind of pain that doubles you over. Well, imagine this whilst caring for a new baby. I persisted, as I know that it can take some time for your body to adjust to new probiotics, and by the end of week two I was bad ridden for 3 days. No energy, a new level of tired and diarrhoea. It left me unable to care for my baby as I was too exhausted and in too much pain.
My partner and I eat identical meals and he is quite susceptible to stomach bugs so I knew it was not this as he would have had it too. I wrote to the company to ask for a termination of the subscription I had purchased only to find that they want an additional £15 to let me out of it!
So I’m stuck with half a bottle of poison and a £15 bill to get out of having another two bottles delivered or pay the cost to have additional bottles ornament my kitchen.
Unfortunately, I believe this is just a money making scheme and the marketing suggestions for caring about clients is a once forgotten ideal.

I decided to keep the package as the items ordered will serve me in the future.

Hi my name is Colm, I am now on the fifth bottle of your probiotic and have not seen any improvement with my psoriasis whatsoever, I was previously on another probiotic for 8 months before trying yours and unfortunately didn't have any success with that one either, I have had psoriasis for 30+ year's and have basically tried everything, I don't smoke and only drink alcohol occasionally, I had a food intolerance test done a couple of months ago and have a high intolerance to cows milk,eggs, wheat and yeast which I have cut from my diet as best I can, , I don't think these probiotics are helping my skin in any way and are expensive, maybe I am one of the unlucky ones that they don't work for, I have a fairly normal lifestyle and sleep well so can't understand why I am seeing no improvement at all, I have given your probiotic every chance but now I have to move on as it's not working, frustrated and disappointed yet AGAIN !!

Amazing customer service
I ordered some baby products for my niece and forgot to add a message to my order. I emailed customer services and received a call back from Cat, saying my order had been dispatched but they would sort something out. I then had numerous emails from the lovely Amy who designed the most beautiful card for me, to send out on the same day. She even sent me a picture of the card before sending. Amazing customer service. Thank you Amy.
Stupendous
Ok so i made a bit of a boob when placing my order online (long story short got my quantities the wrong way round) and noticed this as soon as i hit the pay button. I instantly emailed the 'contact us' section on the website, explained what had happened this was at 8pm. Within the hour the lovely Amy had replied and sorted my order out - even giving me my tiny refund bless her.

Sadly didn't work for me and disappointed with customer service
I signed up to the 3 months discounted subscription as I suffer with roasea and ibs and i think I must be one of the few people who this didn't work for as my rosacea got worse. I do accept that I am in the minority however when I contacted them to ask if I could be released from my 3 month discounted subscription as I am unable to take it and I already have a bottle and a half sat unused and unopened, I received a robotic reply saying no. No care given to the fact that sadly for me my rosacea worsened, they only seemed to be concerned with making sure they get their 3 months worth of money. Very disappointed
Edit after response. I asked to cancel after bottle 1 and bottle 2 when you told me to 'persevere' which is rediculous advice when it is making symptoms worse. I don't and never have used steroids on my skin. I didn't say it was an AI response, I said it was robotic - which is was.

So I had high hopes with Hanna. I was to receive a discount on my purchase after leaving an awesome review. But after my review..........NO DISCOUNT!!!
Now I had asked for a discount on my next purchase.
Again NO DISCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!! Really??? They send me multiple emails with discounts included. But every time I try to apply the discount code............NO DISCOUNT!!! I had tried to look for the part to leave another review, but to my surprise I could not find it any where after looking for 30 min. So I went on google and here I am!!! Now this is an awesome product, but very deceiving info. on the discounts offered to me!!! If a company offers a customer a discount when a purchase is made it should be honored!!! In this case it has not!
