Customer service has plummeted. I have been a devoted Hanky Panky customer for probably 2 decades. I have spent literally 1000s of dollars on their products. I have also previously had very positive customer service experience with them and have loved their products. However, my last order never arrived. They say it was delivered. I have a locked mailbox and a locked package delivery so it absolutely has never been delivered. I have written them now 5 or 6 times. Initially they told me to wait 5 days and then contact them again if it didn’t show up. However, each time I called back they pushed it another 5 days. That has now happened 3 separate times. It has now been over 6 weeks since they say it was delivered. They finally agreed to refund me. (I would actually have preferred they just resend the product, but was relieved to get any solution finally). Unfortunately, when I did finally get the refund, it was only for 2.15 when the panty was 39.00. I have now written 2 more times and gotten no responses. This is so atypical for Hanky Panky that I decided that something must be going on with their company. I figured maybe they were going under so I decided to research further. I found they were sold in Dec 2025. That is when the customer service appears to have gone to hell. I am still struggling to get my money back and will keep fighting for that. Based on my recent horrific customer service experience, I would recommend that you avoid doing any business with this company until they get it together again. They are on the verge of losing me permanently as a customer if they don’t get this resolved ASAP. Inexcusably terrible customer service!

Placed an order on 12/31/25 and as of today order has not even shipped. When I emailed company they apologized and said they still could not give me date that my order will ship. Very disappointing. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.

Like everyone else, I placed an order December 19 and 40 days later still don’t have shipping confirmation. They accepted the order and my money but haven’t shipped anything to me. I’ve reached out to customer service three times and keep getting the same “we anticipate your order will ship at the end of the week” response. Balogna

Placed and order on 12/26 and haven’t received my order. I emailed customer services a few times with no help. Will not be ordering from them again.

placed order 28 dec 25 and still waiting. Followed up and just got one apology email but no detail of shipping. Followed up numerous times (email/live chat) but no response. Have bought in the past with no issue but clearly they are in trouble given all the negative reviews. Will never buy from them again

Ordered on Dec 6, nothing came for 2 weeks. Reached out via email 3 times and got a bot reply a week later. Then after 6 weeks after ordering, got an email that “items shipped,” and 4 minutes later another email that my order had been cancelled and refunded. Never got an explanation from the company. Will never order from again

Same experience as many others. Ordered product. No delivery. Paid for nothing. Customer service sends canned responses by chat bot. They do not answer the phone. Scam. Shameful.

Ordered from their website on 12/09/25 for delivery in the US.. I was never updated about the order and attempted to chat with online service, but I was put on indefinite hold. I am assuming that the order is canceled as it never arrived. Horrible communication and service.

HUGE scam! I ordered from France and 3 weeks later still no delivery. I checked my order and no tracking number and no info. I emailed the help center several time and just received the same stupid reply twice saying " I want to assure you that we are currently investigating this issue with our warehouse manager to determine the cause of the delay and expedite the processing of your order". We tried to call the customer service and no answer. I paid 80 € and nothing. Don't order from their website!

I sat through a 15-20 minute rate review for a 25% discount code that didn't work at check-out. Scam

I ordered two bras on 12/5/25 and a month later still have not received the order that was for Christmas presents. I have called numerous times and have to leave a message with no response back. I have emailed numerous times with no response until I threatened to dispute the charges on my credit card which they then said would ship by end of week. Still no response to call or email and no notice that order shipped. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been ordering Hanky Panky underwear for years. I recently received an order containing incorrect items. I have been trying by email, phone, and chat to get them to correct this for OVER A MONTH, and have gotten nowhere. The only response I've received was by email, requesting photos of what I'd received, which I immediately supplied. After that, there has been no response to repeated emails and phone messages. I've never seen such poor customer service from a retailer and will NEVER order from them again.

I submitted an order two weeks ago and they have yet to ship my items. Stay away from this website.

Worse customer service they message me and then disappear I’m missing 2 pairs of underwear from my order , I would not order from their website again as if I have an issue customer service is nowhere to be found for weeks now

I ordered from France, it was delivered to France, and then you can't do a return or size exhange. Just get the BOT

They have totally redeemed themselves! Having heard nothing and lost over £100+ for several months I had written this company off and posted a scathing review on this site. A couple of weeks ago I got an email full of apologies and offering me a full refund in the form of goods. I was sceptical at first but the coupon came through and I have now received within a matter of days some lovely pieces which I’m thrilled with,
I’m not sure what happened in the first place but in my view I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome - eventually!!!!

Hanky Pany Lingerie is a HUGE scam. Nobody picks up phone when you would like to exchange or return pricy thongs. Return website is ERROR. Finally, after 1 hour of searching, waiting for chat answer, the return button shows "3 thong package" is NOT RETURNABLE.

Was a devoted HP buyer. They're shady with their friends & family 30% discount. New customers beware! Do your due diligence, you can purchase elsewhere if you must, to receive discount that they're restricting.
