Support is very kind and responsive, I worked with Anne. It is very rare i come across responsive support team or someone willing to tell you how the process works. I am glad Anne could help me with my issue and glad she was kind to let me know what to do next time.

So far one of the best platforms I have seen when you face any problems they get in contact with you asap they have a help desk right at the palm of your hand Mike was helpful thanks.

I had a demo account that was no longer active so I decided to start a new one. I couldn't remember my password, Mike graciously sent me a link, I was stuck on Enabling the 2FA authenticator so Mike was right there to help me get through this step by sending me a helpful video which aided me to getting back active with my new Hankotrade demo account.
