Just bad

i’ve recently had a bad experience as of last month. i confirmed with her multiple times to have an outfit made by a certain date which she confirmed. a week prior to when i needed the outfit, i asked for tracking daily. she said she would give me tracking multiple times and never did. when i threatened with a refund, she finally sent the tracking, and when i checked there was no movement for the package for days. then the package was “lost” but honestly i don’t think it was ever dropped off or going to be dropped off. she then told me that it was made in a different fabric and color than what i ordered, as well in a different size than I asked for. i finally just asked for a refund because I felt like i was being scammed. when i received the items, the measurements were completely off and poor fitting. i ended up not even using the outfit bc it felt horrible on. worst experience ive ever had with a brand + so much unnecessary back and forth and excuses

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

I just want to say the customer service is top tier. She made me feel so comfortable and heard throughout the whole process!! She has gone above and beyond. That alone is so amazing! Especially for one person doing all the work...noncan we talk about the quality! I got a bunny oversized hood and I am OBSESSED. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I cant wait to order more. She is so sweet!

Ignore the fake reviews, this is a scam

The owner has clearly gotten people to spam 5 star ratings as damage control because she can’t run a business. I ordered an item and never received it after months of sending emails and reaching out on other socials - ultimately I had to file a chargeback with my bank. This is a scam and needs to be shut down

Handsomegirly Slayyed! I inquired about a set that was sold out and she made a custom version!!! So much more than I could ask for! The process was smooth and there was clear communication throughout. All of my questions were answered and the final set was gorgeous and perfect for my size. I wore it out immediately and received so many complements! Would definitely do business with her again!!

Obsessed with my set

Obsessed with my set, I got my set in a custom colorway and it’s PERFECT! It’s super stretchy! I am a definite Medium and ordered and Small and it fit my waist and hips perfectly! So I think it’s okay to order smaller if you need. But I did give her my measurements just incase. Totally recommend for anyone looking to get beautiful set!

SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!

I was promised the set would reach me by a certain time before I placed my order. Just like all real reviews have said, the item did not come in time. I was ghosted on social after that and would only get random responses in my emails.

My shipping label was only created after I said I would dispute with my bank. They also blamed me for my item not getting sent earlier because I didn’t respond to all the emails I received. When I asked for a screenshot of those said emails, all of a sudden their WiFi was not working and they couldn’t find those emails sent to me anymore. Sure. When the label didn’t update for a week, I finally filed a dispute and then all of a sudden the item was shipped!!!!!! Then when the item was received they had the audacity to email me the second it was delivered to ask why I filed a dispute when I received the item. Anyways. Item was itchy with very poorly made seams.
Refused to let me send it back unless I closed my dispute, which I didn’t. I just sent it back with my own money cause I knew I wouldn’t get my money back. Oh & when I refused to close the claim and asked for an address to send the item back to, they wouldn’t give it to me until I asked like 3 times.

At the time, I was just like wow what an experience that I never want to go through again with the owner but actually reading back on my experience and giving myself time to reflect- the lies, excuses, inability to take accountability & being okay taking people’s money with no intention on delivering the item paid for is scammer & childish behavior. Like lying about sending me multiple emails? I hope the owner reads this and actually works on themselves cause living life like this sounds very stressful.

Scam

Very long and unusual waiting time for a “small business” but has time to sew for the celebrities and more important people versus customers. Full of excuses.
No payback or longer time to get your money back.
Poor quality. Poor communication and rude behavior.

A very good company and a very good product

I purchased my pink star earmuff a year ago. They are soo great I love them. They are super comfortable,they dont hurt my ears like other earmuffs. I get alot of compliments when I wear them out in the colder days.
The ordering process is easy and and the shipping and delivery process was average wait time.
The package is very cute and thoughtful..took time to make sure it would get to me safely.

Loved it

I got my package I ordered a while ago. It took about a month and a half but the wait was worth it. It fits me perfectly and smelled amazing when I opened it. I expected it to take longer considering I’m not in the states but was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived. I’m in Korea and it usually takes a really long time to get things from overseas.

Perfect

Love my custom set, fits like a glove, did take about a month to arrive but it’s so custom to me I can’t wait to wear it all the time.

Shorts are super stretchy and the top isn’t as much but still fit my large chest. It’s super hard to find clothes that fit me as a size 16. Definitely recommend for the plus size girlies.

Update: smells like vanilla!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY!

Listen to the reviews don’t waste your money!!

No information was provided to me. No ETA when i purchased the item. No updates of supposed shipped item.

First email was not responded to until i stated i would do a back charge on my card. The following excuses/responses i got in the span of 10 minutes was as follows.

“your order has shipped unfortunately it’s just in customs which takes a few days. You should have recived an email, your tacking will be sent as soon as it’s confirmed. Unfortunately with the new tariffs it’s just a few added days to assure you don’t have to pay extra.”

“I’m not sure if you read at the top of my website orders typically take 1-2 months due to me making everything.”

“I make all my orders go thru customs with a packaging company that’s makes it all clear so that way when it’s shipped to you, you won’t have any issues like shipping errors, the past reviews are unfortunately because of the same problem my out of country orders got. Lost in the mail or had to pay 70$ in tarrifs which they dint want to pay so it was lost. But I’m taking extra precautions to avoid that. Unfortunately you messaged me when it is 7pm after all the company has closed so I cannot provide a tracking number until the morning when I can check in on it. Which I can gladly send you as soon as they’re open again at 9am. I went ahead and sent a email to the for you tho so I can get that immediately. I’ll forward it. Again. Orders takes 1-2 months which Ik is not ideal. But unfortunately what I have to do as I’m one person sewing them. Which ik people don’t wish to wait for”

These are the exact responses i got via email when i pushed back at these bs excuses.

Keep your money

I ordered a skirt in February that was listed as ready to ship and the wrong size was sent to me. I reached out to get info on how I could return the one I got and get the size I ordered sent. She has been on and off ignoring me over email and Instagram. She’ll respond once a month to my several messages and say something to the effect of “let me check on that for you :)”. The skirt is still on site and buyable in the size I originally asked for btw! This morning (3 months later) I’ve had it, I told her just give me a refund. Fingers crossed I don’t have to take it further than that.

Update: she didn’t give me a refund, but said she’d ship out “tomorrow morning”… that was 2 weeks ago. Trying again

Ordered a beanie five months ago

Ordered a beanie five months ago. The owner has just made excuse saying they were shipping out multiple times and never did. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Update: she finally sent it after I kept asking for a refund. She provided free gifts (a bag and hair ties), but the lack of communication just demonstrates the limited professionalism. I love what I ordered but very disappointed in the service.a hood shouldn’t have taken five months.

Scammer

Haven't received an order placed more than half a year ago. When contacted, she comes up with excuses as to why the package hasn't arrived or she completely ignores the message. She does not provide a refund when asked either.

Handsome girly brand review.. horrible

Bought a hood the first week of February. Even paid for the exposure shipping that is offered. Still have no received product or any kind of update to do with receiving the product. This girl posts everyday on social media but can’t reply to customers about getting what they paid for. Do better and stop being a con artist.

Incredible designer, poorly ran business

Incredible designer, poorly ran business. I really love to support small businesses, small creators, etc. But with no accountability from Grace or noticeable improvements to her business, I won’t be ordering from her again. After my order was a month late, without any updates, I started to email her / DM her. I was extremely patient and understanding (it’s hard to run a business by yourself!) but again, silence. After doing my research and seeing how common this issue is, of her ghosting people, I promptly asked for a refund. She almost immediately DM’d me back, saying “she didn’t know what happened” and I got my set soon after. Not only was the lack of accountability disappointing, but the shorts of the set fell apart after one wear. She often also posts on her socials about how everyone is so mean to her / wants to see her fail / etc. She lacks the ability to accept criticism and acts like her being a small creator is reason to mistreat hundreds of her customers. I still love her designs. I still hope she succeeds. But I hope she learns to not mistreat her fans / paying customers moving forward. And hopefully will invest her time and resources into running her business properly.

Horrible Experience

I ordered in December and I still haven't received my order. I emailed, no correspondence. I'm surprised from reading the reviews that they heard anything back. This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Even worse is that this was supposed to be a surprise for my partner. Also why are there options for expedited shipping if she says the turn around time is 2 months? I made the mistake of choosing that option because my partner sent me the link and I didn't read the other pages. Never again will I shop with her and I hope people find this page first to see how poorly this shop is handled.
