Hi Ahmad, thank you for your feedback. Please let me apologise if the card had an odour. The only thing we can put this down to was a large bushfire 4-5 weeks prior, in close proximity and we were inundated with smoke for several days. I am so sorry it affected the quality of your card.

Those cards that are a little special
As I've said before, I would much prefer to pay a little bit extra for hand-made/home-made card than purchase a commercially produced card. It just makes the receiving a little bit more special

Handpress Cards didn't have the theme of card I was looking for, but I contacted them and one was made for me and a photo sent prior to purchase. The card was perfect! My whole experience was excellent. I will purchase from them again.

After speaking to you on the phone to try and find a way to get your cards to you, I was waiting to hear from you to see if you had received them and to reimburse you postage, but I never heard from you. If you had not managed to arrange anything I was going to remake the cards and send them Express Post to you. I am so sorry for the error.

I'm very impressed with the hand made cards I purchased . They are better than the generic ones that hundreds of people sell on a popular selling site. The items used are of decent quality also . Their shipping was quick also. I will keep an eye on this online store to see what other ideas they may come up with in the future.

Your order was received on 27 April at 8:20pm. it was made the following day(Friday) and posted ready for Monday's Postal Pickup, as Australia Post do not empty their boxes over the weekends. Your order was posted by Express Post and there was a message inside the card. I am sorry Australia Post let you down and delivered your card late.
