There was a problem with the shipping company hired
to deliver the tote to my home the delivery company delivered it to someone else!! I contacted the delivery company they said they would look into it but never did anything about it. Then when I contacted the Handmadeukbag business I bought the tote from they told me if I didn't hear back from the delivery company in three days that they found the tote they would send me another one at no charge. True to their word within three days of nothing from the delivery company Handmadeukbag send me a replacement total of a very beautiful and well-made tote. I had never purchased from this company prior to this purchase I would recommend to everyone to check them out and see all the beautiful totes they sell. It was a pleasure dealing with them will buy more totes for Christmas gifts!!!
