Awesome service and customer care
Awesome service and customer care. They provide quick feedback. I had troubled them with lot of emails but each time I got answers.

Fast, but a bit damaged
Delivery was decently fast, but the backplate of the lowest bit of the shelf had a crack and the metal is quite visibly scratched in several places (said scratches couldn't have been from transport given the position in the box and the plastic between the metal parts).
The damage is not to the point that I intend to return it, but it is worth noting.

I'm satisfied with the way the support solved quickly my issue as i received a poor quality product and returning from Sweden to Germany was not feasible.
