Don't use Hanbooks.com
I don't recommend Hanbooks.com at all!
I ordered the January 2025 issue of a magazine from them as per the photo showing on their site, but got sent the February 2025 issue. When informed of the error, they said they send the latest issue according to when you order, but this wasn't stated on the order page (I've got a screenshot as evidence).
Hanbooks has admitted their website didn't show the correct information when I ordered, and they have since updated it.
I've asked them to send me the correct edition, but it's no longer in stock, so I've requested a full refund.
Hanbooks has requested the return of the wrong magazine at my own expense before they will refund me, less the shipping fee. As I don't live in the USA, this will cost much more than the magazine! I have asked them to either send me a pre-paid courier envelope or pay for the shipping return, or waive the requirement for the magazine to be returned, but they've stopped responding to my emails.
I have lodged a consumer complaint with the State of California Department of Justice and requested a credit card chargeback from my bank.
Hanbooks incorrectly sent the wrong product and has done nothing to remedy the situation, so be wary of ordering products from this unethical business
