I've bought dresses from them and it's been "delivered " but I don't see package and postal office say its nothing they can do but the store can complain and get a refund. I've asked since I ordered the clothes at the middle of August and I should gotten them 19th. They are not there. And I asked for refund the day after I ordered them, to make them stop shipping. But they didn't stop and just shipped it out.

Was wery exited to have my order but disappointed when i tried them on. I purchased the size that was supposed to fit me according to their size chart. However it didn’t fit me because there was one measurment missing that is very important apparently. People have different size torsos and this outfit didn’t have nearly enough adjustment in that part. Now i’m left with a 60$ outfit that i cannot wear and the return policy is just stupid. That’s ofcourse on me for not reading it properly, that you have to pay for all of the shipping costs back to china, and the cost is more than the outfit at least from my country. I like to suppory smaller companies but i’m not ordering from them again. I contacted customer service and they replied fast, but they didn’t even answer my questions in the firts email for me asking if there could be a possible manufacturing defect with how small my product was. In the second email they said its not even possible that there would be a manufacturing defect, what is ridicilous because those can happen to anyone. Disappointed.
I really like the products from this brand! They're very cute and they fit very well! It's also affordable for anyone looking to get cute clothes!
I ordered multiple bunny costumes and since they were all one size and I have a bigger chest it was a bit hard to fit. But the things that fit me are really nice especially the white bunny suit which is one of my favourite things to wear. All in all I can recommend but maybe try to find things that have multiple sizes!:)
