I ordered a product in back-order

I ordered a product in back-order, it would be delivered before Christmas so I didn't mind waiting a bit. Still havent recieved it. Expected at least a notification so I could gotten an alternative present

Excuses. Door drukte bij de kerst zijn onze pre-orders te laat geleverd. Op onze website staat 'rond' de kerst. We hopen z.s.m. te kunnen leveren.
