My first “encounter “ with the products…
My first “encounter “ with the products was 3 years ago when I ordered a pair of trousers, at a friend's recommendation. I still have them and are in great shape after wearing them quite a lot. This year I decided to go personally to the shop and I was so happy with their products that I ordered more:). All in all, what I want to say is that you are an amazing company, with friendly, professional, and responsive to clients' needs staff! Outstanding customer service! When a size of the garment of choice was delaying the order, a personal phone call relaying the information and offering reassurance that it will be solved left me with the conviction that this is a company I certainly would remain a patron to. Of course the personalized package arrived as promised and the the quality of the profuct speaks for itself.
