Defective product received from hammer,I have ordered earbuds but it is not working ,defective product received. They are just selling plastic pieces of 10/- Rs / kg in thousands as you delivered defective product without checking who will order you for next time.

Extremely disappointed with Hammer Lifestyle's customer service.

I placed an order for a smartwatch on 02 June and received the wrong product on 09 June. After reporting the issue, I returned the incorrect item, which was delivered back to Hammer on 12 June.

Instead of promptly dispatching the correct product, I was asked to reconfirm my address and fill out a Google Form, with an additional waiting period of 5–6 working days before they even process the replacement shipment.

As a customer, I find this unacceptable. A mistake made by the company has resulted in a delay of nearly a month from the original order date before I can expect to receive the product I actually paid for.

While errors can happen, the way they are handled defines the quality of customer service. Customers should not have to bear the inconvenience and excessive waiting time caused by a company's fulfillment mistake.

I hope Hammer Lifestyle improves its order verification, replacement process, and customer support experience for future customers.

I wish I could give there customer service. There is only girl from support team who picks the call everytime. No supervisor. Zero starssss I have tried to contact their support team multiple times about these cheap service, but I have not received a single response or call back. This is unacceptable. Save your money and avoid Hammer products at all costs. You'll only end up with a headache and no support to fix it. .... Also courier service is more than worst..

Terrible Product and Non-existent Support
I wish I could give this product zero stars. I bought these earbuds directly from the official website and have had nothing but problems. The battery dies in just one hour, and the connection is a complete joke—one earbud, or both, constantly cuts out. The range is also pathetic, barely working beyond two meters.
To make matters worse, I have tried to contact their support team multiple times about these cheap, defective earbuds, but I have not received a single response or call back. This is unacceptable. Save your money and avoid Hammer products at all costs. You'll only end up with a headache and no support to fix it.

Hammer is scammer company, my order id #284127, the seen is first i recived tempered earphone box not the packages it's inside hammer box is tampered packed with missing extra buds, secondary it's left bud working only and right side is defective, and then is no refund option nor a some replacement center, when I contact them through mail inside of apologize and get things settle down, they just hand me over a Google form and ask me to fill it out to claim warranty means sounds like and scam totally, now after waiting for delivery of the product which suprised me totally now I have to wait for replacement, i made replacement request under warranty but yet it has been 3 days yet i got mail just to provide them a video evidence that product is not working, now I send him Unboxing video and asked the same that tell me how i can technicaly provide the fault recording video to them. Yet no response.

Stay away guys, our l*ws seems weaker now to take a look of this types services more closer, I am file case already.

Update - after replacement they just send me defected product, lol now i am done with hammer here and lost my money in a genuine way.

These earbuds are a great value for the price. The sound quality is excellent, with clear highs and deep bass. They are also very comfortable to wear and the touch controls make it easy to adjust the volume or skip tracks. The battery life is also very good, with several hours of use before needing to be recharged.
