Really good service from Hammerhead
Really good service from Hammerhead - great prices and quick delivery. The only slight downside is that delivery is never included in the price and increases depending on the size of the order. That said, as a small business owner myself, I understand why this might be necessary. Overall, still a very positive experience.

Professional and Prompt Service
I found HammerheadTCG at random searching for good deals for Magic cards, and was wary at first having seen this trustpilot page didn't have loads of reviews.

Purchased 8 booster boxes at a great price considering the current market.
Boxes arrived swiftly after my order as advertised. Unfortunately 2 boxes came with quite significant damage (not the fault of the seller, boxes damaged in transit).
I contacted customer support and spoke with a Matt, he was very understanding and cooperative. Provided a satisfactory outcome at 10pm on a Monday, which is exceptional customer service!
Overall, very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely order from Hammerhead again in the future, should they have the stock!

Great prices and a great seller
Great prices and a great seller, Matt was very fast and responding to my emails when my item was stuck with Royal mail, he informed me it was due to snow issues and he will chase it with them to which he did. I would recommend this seller to anyone.

This included a Chinese pokemon booster box which I can confirm was 100% legit - passed the pokeball tape check/correct silver sticker/correct perforation/print quality etc - absolutely perfect. Made an order and it was cancelled stating I requested it to be cancelled. Pokemon is tough enough to order these days and it’s even more frustrating not able to true stores

I've tried to reach out to Sam but haven't received a response. His order wasn't cancelled, it was rejected. No payment was ever taken. To combat bots, we raised the price of our 151 mini tins and announced a discount code to reduce it back to RRP. Rules were put in place that any order placed at the inflated price would be rejected. This order was for 10x the RRP of a 151 mini tin. We assumed only bots would attempt to order at this price. I can only apologise to Sam for the confusion with our listing and we've made some adjustments on how we'll handle upcoming releases so this doesn't happen in the future
