While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Simon Gallant of Hamlins LLP and Cathleen O Connor of David Wilson Solicitors

Simon Galant and Cathleen O Connor are currently a party to the distribution of a court order i.e an 'injunction' in the name of Richard M Phillips. This is fraud!

This injunction has no legal standing whatsoever. The injunction relates to websites that expose the criminal psychologist 'Hessel Willemsen' who is frequently under investigation by the HCPC.

These websites were created by myself 'Mr R M Phillips' in order to expose the fraud and corruption committed on a daily basis in the 'secret' family courts.

This injunction was granted by his honor 'Justice Peel' in the high court London on 24th February 2022. I appeared in person. I was allowed no disclosure from the applicant 'David Wilson Solicitors' (see David Wilson Solicitors trust pilot reviews)

Just before the hearing on 24th February 2022, i recorded Justice Peel confirming to me that i was NOT submitting to the courts jurisdiction.

The whole case was a sham. Justice Peel was also informed by email that the said websites had been transferred to a third party by way of a 'deed of assignment' a week before the hearing on the 24th February 2022.

I was not granted any disclosure of documents that i requested which would confirm that the court did not have the inherent jurisdiction in the first place.
