I ordered a memorial cross large size…

I ordered a memorial cross large size 36"x 19", with a plaque, the picture photo of the cross looks really good.
It was quick delivery with no issues that side, but when the cross was finally delivered i was so disappointed.
It was nothing like what is shown on the site, the depth of the cross isn't even an inch thick. What is shown is in no way what i received. 36"x19" yes but 40mm wide and about 20mm depth. So disappointed, i contacted sales and no reply.
If ordering from these ask all dimensions don't take for granted what you see is what you are getting.
