TERRIBLE!! I wanted to return a dress I bought. Long story short . . . It took forever to get them to tell me their process and basically I have to send it back to CHINA!! On my dime. They were offering me a small percentage on my purchase price to keep the dress and not return it. I want a full refund, so I now how to jump through many hoops. Will NEVER buy from them again!

I ordered a dress. It arrived about 2 weeks later. The material was cheap, thin, and not at all acceptable. I inquired as to return address for full money back gaurantee refund and had several back and forth options offered before they gave an address. Sadly I found the return postage and customs would cost me half the dress value, so I reluctantly took their final even exchange offer and ordered what I thought were leather sandals. it took nearly a month from start to finish and I finally ended up with a cheaply made pair of sandals that weren't like illustration and color was horrible. They weighed about as much as a Styrofoam ball and the material was not leather nor were they constructed well.
Oh they let me keepnthe dress and the sandals....and their communication was cordial and prompt but it was simply polite words without satisfying options. My last resort was an exchange ...one peice of inferiort
merchandise for another.
They should be ashamed of themselves.

I am currently trying to return 2 dresses to this co due to poor fit. The co will not return these dresses will only or a 30% credit on something else or pay $14 per dresses to return. On their site it says easy returns, not true StAy away

I ordered several items. They took a while to arrive and when they did they are very poor quality and the sizing was very inconsistent. I have contacted the company to return the products but I am having a very hard time. They will not offer a full refund and it has taken over a week to get any kind of further communication. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!

I expected higher quality, looked nothing like the picture and color was much darker than I expected, Shameful, they made it seem like a US Company. I didn’t expect a cheap knockoff from China. Do not purchase from this Company unless You don’t care about the look. I bought this for My Granddaughters wedding, not this dress and I only have 3 weeks to find a new one!

Wrong size, wrong color horrible cheep fabric. Website makes it seem like they are in the US. NOT !! comes from China.

I purchased a dress advertised as “flowing chiffon fabric,” but received an open, mesh-like material that was clearly not as described. When I requested a return, Halston Grey repeatedly offered partial refunds or store credit instead of a prepaid return label, while expecting me to pay international shipping to Asia.
I ultimately disputed the charge with Visa, provided photos and documentation, and Visa ruled in my favor and refunded my purchase.
Based on my experience, I would recommend buyers proceed with caution.

This is an absolute scam company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a dress and my event was cancelled and I tried to return the dress completely unworn and unopened within their stated 14 day money back guarantee and was told no because apparently there was nothing wrong with the dress. I have not worn it because there’s no need to as MY EVENT WAS CANCELED so I am paying the price because of things out of my control. BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY! It also took almost a month to receive the dress so I wouldn’t have gotten the dress in time to wear it event if the event had not been canceled!
