There is no quality at all. Never order a thing from them. I never got the other thing I ordered and it is very hard to get money back.

Is is not goed i still wainting for 4 months 1 pullover . I can have contact..no pullover nothings...very bath .....

Yes, I spent 57 euros, and i still have not seen anything, everything serves as experience, but I reported the situation to the Chinese Embassy and authorities, should do the same. But let's end them. We leave in different countries, and we cant spread the message on facebook to all the people we know "don't buy from Halolike online store, it's fraud" If we do that we are already doing something. And report the company's Facebook to be fraud.

This is an illegitimate site. Be aware !!! I have ordered clothes on Halolike ' supposedly German but in actual fact it is a simple factory in China. I spent good deal of money 117.99 I received none of the items. I contacted them and they are in denial!!! Total SCAM!!!

This is a scam company. Basically I ordered what looked like a wool embroidered jacket off the website and it took 6 weeks to get to me. This was only to find, a horrible polyester jacket that was printed, totally different to what I had ordered. They refuse to take any responsibility for this. It turns out the website is German but the company are in China so if you want a refund there is no hope and their customer service is awful! Like I said they steal your money! DO NOT BUY.

i bought 7 things with Halolike- Germany- (clothes and 2 pairs of shoes) it takes 3 months to arrive and finally no one is like the picture!!!!!Absolutely no one!!!! I write to them to have my money back and they answer I have to send them to China (not to Germany)!!!!

The transport time, was awfull and the coat was absolutely NOT the one, on picture!!

Garbage..I ordered over Eur 100 worth of Boots, Coat and jacket. The boots arrived after a 6 weeks, the coat after 7 weeks and the jacket today after 2 months. The WORST quality I've ever seen it looked like a heavy embroidered wool coat and jacket and is made from the cheapest thin rough polyester ( see through) I've seen. Theyve offerd 15% refund to alter the cloth ' what???? I'm totally disgusted that these people can post on Facebook to advertise.

I was also CONNED by them. I just lost my money. Got something totally else (garbage) than what I saw in the photo of their web page. The customer service number doesn't work. Please warn all!

Absolutely appalling. Bought a jumper in good faith - took eight weeks to arrive, and was in fact NOTHING like what I had ordered. Halolike refused me a refund, unless I returned the dreadful fake jumper (t-shirt material, printed) to China and bore the costs. Awful experience - conned out of money.

Halolike is a Chinese company which copies photographs of good designers products in Etsy and Pinterest. They then print these designs on to horrible polyester material. If they only have a photo of the front of the garment, they print anything on the back! Their tracking system doesn't exist, nor does their returns policy. Once bitten, twice shy! The designers and craftspeople whose designs they have copied are rightly furious! Please find the real designs on Etsy and Pinterest and buy direct from the designer. Best of luck!

Dont buy from Halolike. They’ll take your money, and don’t send you the clothes you’ve paid them for. I ordered the clothes sep 19.th. II wrote them an e-mail okt. 4.th asking for confirmation about shipment. Got an automatic respons-mail back that gave no answers to my questions. In there answer they refered to a tracking menu on the top of there website. The tracking menu dos'nt exist. I wrote 3 mails in the following 3 days and havent heard a word from Halolike since. 😡
I lost 144€. Over 1000dkr.

Terrible quality clothing. The material is not the same as advertised and they are very badly made copies of the photo you were shown of the product. I expected a knitted jumper, as this is what was advertised, but received a polyester printed copy of a jumper.
The returns policy is that you have to return the item to China for a refund and they advise you are better to receive 15% of the price you paid instead.
Total scam.
