I am very pleased with the service from Halo. Their colour matching service is incredible; from the initial picture I sent, they managed to recommend a colour and length that blends perfectly with my hair - I really cannot tell the difference between my hair and the halo, it's honestly like magic. Delivery was really quick.

I also had a wonderful customer service experience when I couldn't get the halo to fit me. First the team carefully explained how to loosen the wire by email, then when that didn't work they were quick to replace it free or charge. The replacement process was lightning quick, too - I sent it off and had a perfect replacement sent out to me within just a couple of days. Rest assured this is a company that will take good care of you :)

I'm so sad I've had to leave a negative review but I wasn't happy with my extensions and £169 out of pocket.

I ordered the halo hair to begin with. To be fair the company shipped and delivered the items extremely quickly. 10/10 service there.
However the halo itself just was not wearable for me. The quality of hair i was impressed with. The colour was lovely and it felt so soft.
The halo itself didn't feel secure enough for me. Although you can adjust the clear wire, there were no clips to secure the piece at the back. I think they would hugely benefit two clips added to the back for extra security.
Also, on videos of other halo brands I have seen, they have sent two or more side one piece clips. I think this would have been absolutely necessary because there was no way on earth my hair was blending in with this halo. I had curled them with my hair in hopes to blend and it was just physically impossible. Side clips would have helped hide my natural hair above the ear line. So for me, this was a massive negative.
I understand for hygiene reasons refunding is non negotiable, but it's impossible to try suitability of the hair piece by looking at it on the cardboard. So you're out of luck if you take that chance. Not a luck you want when you spend a lot of money.
To be fair, the company offered me an exchange for clip ins. They would be non returnable completely even if unsuitable.
They sent them next day delivery once the halo was returned.
Again very swift and speedy exchange.
However I was then unsatisfied with the clip in extensions. There were 4 rows of three clip pieces. 4 rows of two and 8 of one. I have no idea who has a head large enough to fit all that in their head but it certainly isn't mine.
If you opt for less, you don't get enough grams to hide the natural hair. Again making these pointless and unwearable.
Although altogether they weighed 200 grams, each clip piece was very gappy. Would have benefited hugely with double weft thickness and less pieces.
So I am now out of pocket and a very unhappy customer.
I'm very sorry, but I would never purchase from here again, or recommend anyone else until changes have been made.

Really good quality hair and they arrived so quick! Very happy with quick response from customer service. This is the second time I have ordered from Halo. I highly recommend them!

First of all, their customer service is amazing. I (stupidly) cut the wrong wire and emailed customer service who said they will repair them free of charge. Couldn’t believe it when I saw it’s in the post to me already!

Other extensions I have tried with clips become itchy and felt heavy. This one isn’t like that at all and doesn’t make me overheat. It doesn’t matt like other cheaper brands either.

Can’t recommend them enough :) Be careful with other companies who have “buy one get one free offers”. You’ll end up disappointed after a week or two.

I wear only these and no other hair extension brand comes close! Top quality hair, excellent colour match and the hair I regularly style with heat, I wash and condition and blow dry these extensions like my own hair! Thank you !

I got the ponytail extension and I love it so much. The colour match perfectly to my hair colour. The application is also extremely easy I can do it myself without any problems. The hair feels so thick comparing to mine and they look so natural and beautiful. Just perfect hair extension.

First time trying halo extensions, they colour matched to my hair perfectly, were easy to use & are so soft 😍

I’m so pleased with my hair halo .. my wire needed adjusting so I sent it back and unfortunately it got lost with Royal Mail, But Halo Hair Extensions customer service have been absolutely fantastic and sent out brand a brand new halo for me!! I received it the next working day. I’m really happy and grateful!

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I’ve worn extensions for 8+ years and needed a break from the tapes glue etc. so I purchased the ‘premium’ halo and I should’ve returned it straight away when I noticed thick black fishing line type strings all through it, coloured pieces of strings throughout it but it was my birthday and I wanted ‘nice’ hair, so I had to use them. Disgusting hair that Matt’s up after 10 mins of wearing, snaps and I bought a 20 inch it is now 16 inches after 3 months and wearing only 7 times max. They shed like crazy and snap and are impossible to even brush after wearing once. Pleasee read the reviews I wish I did before, I would’ve saved £200 and could have bought better quality of shein. I’m a hairdresser by trade and can confidently say these are the worst hair extensions I’ve ever come across. DO NOT BUY!!

I just got my halo within 24 hours from putting the offer! Amazing product! Exceeded my expectations. I got advice via email from their team about the colour, the thickness and the length. I sent them pic of my hair colour and they recommended me the perfect colour match! Easy to wear! Looks natural and I am loving it!

I bought the thinnest option of halo extensions, unfortunately halo wasn't suitable for very thin hair ovners, too thick, heavy and uncomfortable. Team was very helpful and done some repair jobs and customize it to my needs. Thank you again.

I ordered a halo in teal, I was very excited to see that they had my exact shade in stock! It is not often that you find extensions in fantasy colours! So top marks for that! The order was easy to place and they dispatched it very quickly! Unfortunately I had an issue with the courier/delivery, but Halo London’s customer service was second to none in resolving the issue! I think I can say that this company has provided me the best customer service experience I have ever had with an online company! I would not hesitate to recommend them, I have bought their products in the past and they have always been wonderful! 10/10 and 5 stars to Rachel who dealt with my query. X

I have used these hair extensions for 12 years now both in salon and for myself, the halo’s are amazing , I highly recommend them. Fantastic customer service too.

Since this post I have been refunded customer service was fast to reply to queries and refunded once returned the hair.

In hair for less than 2 weeks and had to remove wefts

Hair matts continuously snaps and sheds.
I have purchased hair extensions for over 8 years and not had any that have lasted less than 9 months, these have barely lasted 9 days

Amazing hair! I use this not only for myself but for my clients too! Everyone loves it and they have told me they receive compliments. I have used this hair for a good few years now and I couldn’t recommend it enough! It’s my go to hair and I wouldn’t order from anywhere else.
