While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Purchased a ALI certified HL2-10kALIX…

Purchased a ALI certified HL2-10kALIX lift from them. I paid them to install it thru their "white glove service," for an extra grand. They said that these were "in-house" installers.
Lift began to have problems with the lift not functioning properly and I requested warranty service. They refuse to honor the warranty.
I hired an ALI certified inspector to come and inspect the lift because I felt it was not safe. The inspector noted many issues with the install including improper fastener depth and the use of an impact gun to set the fasteners. Now the concrete is fractured and they are trying to blame it on my concrete. This concrete is 3500 psi and 10 inches thick.
They also did not set the lift cables properly or install the clips which hold the large pins in place to hold the lift arms and left off the foam tubes which protect the hydraulic lines from the sharp corners.
Don't use this company. Lawsuit forthcoming.
