This is the second time I have used halo and couldn't praise them enough ,they took my car on the Thursday morning after leaving me with a courtesy car ,and returned it the next day at 6pm lots of communication keeping you up to date at all times would highly recommend them ,Mrs hirst

Courtesy car service was great, nice clean car delivered, Andrew was really helpful & nice. Our car was fixed to a very high standard, in under three days & arrived back very clean. Can't recommend enough, rare to have this sharp level of service these days.

From the first phone call Halo were amazing. Organised, top class service from the office staff to the driver who collected and dropped my car off.
My car was repaired to a very high standard so thank you to the workshop team also. You can’t always choose who your insurance company chooses for repairs but Halo were incredible.

I can highly recommend HALO. The attention to detail was top notch. My car was returned to me in immaculate condition inside and out. It looked brand new. Good communication throughout. Sometimes it took a little while to get through when phoning but the help was always available. Nice courtesy car too. All the staff I dealt with (especially Angelica) were superb and a credit to the company. Thanks to everyone involved with repairing my Seat Leon.

I confess that I thought the wait for the repair was long but as, when the time came, the repair was done and my car returned in pristine condition in just a smidge over 48 hours I take that initial feeling back totally. My thanks to all those involved

The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was so polite, helpful and friendly. My car was fixed quickly and returned looking great, having been thoroughly cleaned.

Repairs to my car seem to be of a high standard. The car was returned in prestine condition which I couldn't really find any fault. Maybe the shot line (gaps) on the replacement wing could be a bit better however one can be over critical. It now feels and runs as it did before the accident. The customer service was excellent, reporting progress on Monday and Thursday. Can take a while to get Halo to pick up the phone. The courtesy car was almost brand new. A really seemlesss and efficient system.

The people we dealt with, both in the works and by phone were extremely polite and helpful and we were kept upto date with daily phone calls. Dave Williams who delivered the car back to us was great, a real asset to the firm. Oh by the way they did a fantastic job

So I had a car that had a prang and the insurance recommended I go through halo arc (Eastbourne) and I'm glad they did it was excellent experience from the start to the finish, was kept up to date by customer services I had a good phone call letting me know what was happening they even came and picked up the car then delivered back! The pick up staff were really nice chaps. And when the car was finished it was absolutely perfect there was no sign of any damage to the car whatsoever, and only took a couple of days for mine. positive experience on my behalf through something that was a stressful thing to happen

Halo Accident repair Eastleigh done a fabulous job of repairing my Audi - The car now looks like it belongs in a showroom - really top notch job repaired in double quick time - A big shout out to Maddie on the desk who was extremely helpful and informative - no problem was too large for her - Thankyou Halo Accident Repair Eastleigh .

Arrange a morning collection, didnt turn up on the arranged day. Spent all late morning trying to get through to someone without luck. They called me to asvise they would be late after 1pm, theyd booked in 10-12. Clearly late! Arranged to collect the next day, late that morning too.
Delivered car back with a rear drivers indicator out. Didn't advise it was gone so begin driving and realise.
When checking bulb it wasnt blown. They had damaged the bulb holder part when removing the back bumper for repair. Still unable to get through on calls so have emailed. Still no answer. I now have a car in a worse condition than before they took it. So far im £140 down and after buying bulbs with fitting and parts. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Excellent communication. Car collected and delivered promptly and at the time agreed. Very courteous driver. Superb repair and all completed from collection to delivery in 48 hours. HALO is the preferred repair shop for major insurance company for some years and for good reason
