I’ll reiterate what most people have said on here about this shocking company!! Do not buy! Colour is nothing like pics, poor quality and the returns address is Morocco?!! What a joke.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased!! I am so angry, I have had back and forth correspondence with them for a month now, due to faulty hair extensions! They finally said I could return it for a refund - to MOROCCO!!! I said provide me with a paid for returns label and I will. Completely blanked me! I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I have received!
I am going to post details all over my socials and hopefully help other people avoid the same problem I have had!
Shockingly bad quality, the hairpiece completely frazzled when I straightened it, and I used 90 degrees heat even though the instructions advise 120! Plus I used a heat protection spray too.
Do not buy!! I cannot stress this enough!!! Complete waste of money, and you'll be left infuriated by the complete lack of care!!

Shocking! Quality very poor. Stitching coming undone and wrong length sent. When tried to return was given an address in Morocco to send it back too. They refused point plank to refund me the postage costs even though product was faulty and not what I ordered.
Customer services just ignored my request. Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing!

The majority of the photos on their website are stolen from other hair extension specialists, who have never used their products before, and haven't been asked for their permission to use them. As a hair extension specialist myself, I have never used or heard of this brand until a friend noticed they were using my photos to advertise their products. This is false advertising as the hair used in a lot of the photos are of other suppliers and are completely different methods, such as nano rings, tapes and weaves, not the halo extensions they advertise. After contacting them asking to remove all these stolen photos, they blocked me and are still using the photos now. Avoid buying from this company as the photos they use are not a true representation of their product.

Why did I not see these reviews before I bought! I swear they had a fake trust pilot score on their page!
Please avoid, the shade I ordered is nothing like what I expected way too dark also very synthetic and shiny! Not sure why this place charges more than somewhere like lullabellz who are much better. I’m having to return the item to Morocco!! I mean what is that about?? Not sure how much that’ll cost. Please don’t buy fro here.

It’s just cost me £8.30 to return to Morocco, I am shocked! Can’t emphasise this enough do not buy from here.

Cheap, tacky and take ages to arrive.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Would not have even given 1 star but no option to give 0!! This product is so flimsy to the point I had just opened the packaging and went to try on when string burst and broke! Emailed and sent pictures to be told that is why they send a spare string incase this happens! To which I replied... "fair enough if this had happened due to wear and tear"! But I had not even had it on my head yet. I was then told that if I wanted a refund I would need to post item back to them at my own cost! This is the point you then realise they are not from the uk where they claim to be, but that you have to mail all the way back to morocco! At my own cost! Even though it was a faulty item! After voicing how I felt this was unacceptable being expected to pay god knows how much to send back a faulty item, claiming to be uk based I was then just ignored. Now stuck with a faulty halo and out of pocket. Would not recommend.

Do not buy. I ordered the colour they recommended based on a photo of my hair and it was nothing like my hair colour. Ordered on their UK website then told I need to return to Morocco!!! Nothing on their website says that. Avoid if you have any doubt of the quality or colour@
