I was not certain at first.....

I was not certain at first, but became more convinced as the process developed. They asked the right questions , and were very supportive when I could not provide all the answers. My claim was for an episode 25 years before, and Hallbrook did a great job in digging out the details. At the end of the day , I was pleasantly surprised by the quantum of loss recovered. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

My claim was handled by Hallbrook with the utmost care and efficiency and I would recommend Hallbrook Partners to anyone who has a similar problem to what I had. I can definitely recommend the service that I received without any faff or problems, just a good all round service that needs promoting. Successful claim

The call from Hallbrook was not expected, and I was initially concerned that it might be a scam. I was able to establish that they are, indeed, a respectable company.
They were very professional and at no point did I feel under any pressure to proceed.
While I was doubtfully that I might receive any compensation for a mistaken investment made more than 10 years ago, I accepted their advice that they would have a good probability of success. Their only caveat was that it might take the FCA some months to process my claim. In fact the claim was successfully concluded in a matter of weeks

Brilliant claim against a forgotten lost investment

Hallbrook made a claim against a company relating to an investment I made more than 20 years ago and had forgotten about. They were brilliantly efficient and professional throughout the claim - and as senior partner of a substantial firm of Chartered Accountants I am not easily impressed by fellow professionals

Faultless service.

From the initial letter informing of the potential mis-selling to the final phone call informing me of the settlement, the service was professional, honest and personal. I was sceptical of receiving a settlement and felt gullible for my own actions. Hallbrook were understanding but did not oversell any potential redress. My claim was settled in a couple of days post submission, with funds transferred to me without delay. Thank you for a first class service.

Unexpected Payment

I was unaware that I was eligable for compensation from the Financial Services Scheme until I was contacted by Hallbrook Partners. This company handled my claim in an efficent and friendly way and I am delighted with the result. They certainly deserve the reasonable fees they earn for all of their hard work.

I received a phone call. I was very dubious, however upon the journey which was very well managed trust was built. The end result was the return of funds that I thought I had lost forever. Well done Hallbrook and a big thank you.

10/10 for Hallbrook…

When I was first notified by Hallbrook regarding my potential shares miss-selling claim I was unsure what to expect, however after speaking to one of their team who clearly laid out the issue and my options for actioning a claim, I felt confident to proceed and work with Hallbrook. Throughout the whole process they have been professional, maintained excellent lines of communication and been very transparent regarding their costs. Whilst I could’ve dealt with the claim myself, as pointed out by Hallbrook, I’m pleased that I made the decision to instruct Hallbrook to act on my behalf as the claim has been actioned quickly and efficiently. A 10/10 service, thank you.
