Product took a month to receive, website shows over 3,000 positive trust pilot reviews, but none actually exist. Received an extremely low quality dress that looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. No answer from customer service after multiple requests for refund.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE!
I purchased two items which did not fit. When I ask for instructions to return the items for refund, they only offered exchange if I pay $31.99 shipping (!).
I refer them to their “easy returns” advertising and “return and refund” policy which gives the buyers 30 days to return or exchange. Because of the poor quality of the products I did not want to exchange. As alternative they offered 10% refund and 15% voucher for the next purchase. No thanks!
I tried to call the number posted on the website and got directly to the voicemail.
I checked the store address - it’s false! Then noted that there is a store name and a different company name - their EIN search on IRS database does not yield any results.
Trustpilot reviews on their website shows 4.7 while the Trustpilot website shows low rating at 3.5. What a scam!
All communication was by email with responses at night time US which is Asia’s daytime. First customer representative was Olivia Stone and the second Madeline Stone to which I say: and yet not enough stones to throw!!
