My wife dealt with Carl in Newry and he was so helpful and easy to deal with. As a female she was uncertain about going into a builders merchant without me, but this was just a great experience with helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend H&F to anyone. Thanks Carl!

I ordered some skirting boards, good product for a very good price, delivered in perfect condition within the frame of 7 working days, brilliant!
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is about communication: I got an email of confirmation the first day saying I would be informed when it's on its way, but actually I haven't received anything else until the delivery so I didn't know what day and what time they would arrive. Plus I needed a date to book some other works after in the house, so this lack of information has been a little bit tricky to manage. But that's the only "issue" otherwise it's perfect

Placed order, your Company rang next day to say it was an old brochure and no longer supply the size I required, but did source different doors for me! Now awaiting delivery or confirmation to when they arrive!
