Not what I ordered

One item I ordered was not sent and quality of the trousers I received was poor. Have tried to get them to send me details of how to return them but have heard nothing from them. I certainly won't be buying from them again.

If I could give this NO stars I would.

If I could give this NO stars then I would. Firstly, the product is not all that it makes out to be. I purchased two pairs of leggings which have got a really weird cut. They’re not miracle leggings AT ALL. To be fair I just wanted gym leggings and don’t have a lot of fat or skin to hold in place- I just wanted good elastic control.

I contacted the company straight away to return and was offered a nominal refund. There’s been a great deal of to-ing and fro-ing.

Yesterday they offered me 75% refund. UK consumer rights dictate that I should be entitled to 100% refund however they are based in China. Today they’ve offered me a 25% refund stating total nonsense:

We sincerely apologize for the continued frustration regarding your order. We understand your disappointment, especially given the previous offers.

‘Due to the evolving nature of our system upgrade and the progressive resolution of the issue, we are now limited to offering a 25% refund at this time. We acknowledge that this is a change from our prior communications and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause. The system is nearing full completion, and this temporary limit is in place to manage the final stages of completion’

Basically I’m sure they’re just waiting for 30 days to pass so they can say it’s out with their return time. Total garbage and awful customer service.

I’ll never purchase anything from this company ever again.

Items have all labeled cut out, definitely not been sent what I ordered. No tummy support , this and bad quilty.

Only offering 50% refund due to system upgrade! Ridiculous!


I want a refund and this is the reply I got! A system upgrade should not be the reason you can’t fully refund ridiculous you’re going against your policy as I’m perfectly within my rights!
If you’d like to respond asap I’d appreciate it as I’d like my money back!

Don't order from them

Don't order from them. I had no issue with the quality of the jeans I ordered however, the return was really difficult. The 30 day return window for refunds starts the day you initiate the return and then is purposefully delayed to run out the clock. It took several requests and complaints to have the return address verified.

Waited over 1 month for my items to be received. Opened up only to find that the wrong items (no pockets, no butt lift, straight basic crap product ever) Reached out to support and they informed me that "a few orders were shipped out incorrectly." informed that I would NOT be refunded *because they do not do refunds, and they will shop the correct items, but... I can no longer exchange after that.*!! Waited another month to receive very cheap basic leggings with a tight top band, no tummy control, no butt life and stupid pockets that were NOT like what I originally purchased. I will NEVER buy their cheap crap again.

Item saying delivered last Monday but is nowhere to be seen - that’s nearly a week ago. Where was it delivered to? Not me? Advice is ask neighbours and friends if they have package. If it doesn’t arrive have lost £45!

Impossible to return!

I bought jeans, too small so want to send them back. Tried to fill in return form but as there is no paper work/invoice etc sent with jeans unable to fill in returns form. I do not know order number. Ive tried every number on sticker on parcel but none are accepted > What a con??????
Stuck with jeans whch are too small and no one to contact! Dreadful company

Not parcel received

11 days since ordering, and my order has still not reached the UK. I should have read these reviews first and realised that this is a poor quality dropshipping company who has gotten lucky with their marketing.

Scam

I wouldn't repeat the mistake of buying stuff from Halara again. They mislead you to believe they are user friendly and provide good quality and reasonably priced clothes. In fact, it take ages to receive an order and they effectively do not refund, only in the form of a gift card to spend on their website minus the high shipping costs both ways, which could amount to half of the overall price. A scam.

I wish to return a pair of jeans and get a refund.
I have filled in the form and they have sent me a Voucher instead of a refund.
I have tried to contact them and ask for this but my email hasn’t been delivered as it says this email doesn’t exist. What can I do? I am very unhappy with this company and consequently do not wish to purchase from them a second time.

Description was way off!

These items took me a long time to receive with no updates. I get it that they are coming from China. I ordered 2 pairs of straight leg jeans. They were both so baggy in the legs, they could never be just straight leg jeans and they are soooo long. However, I will keep them because the will look great will sandals which will give them height.
